I was having the worst day and had to call AAA. Shareen was the person i spoke with and she turned my worst day into a much better day by being so very friendly and helpful. Had an excellent experience with Marcus who helped me order Euros for an upcoming trip. He was thorough, pleasant, and explained every step of the process. Just an all-around excellent experience and a real credit to the entire AAA organization.

No one on site to help with travel. Able to get maps and tour books but have to schedule appointment with someone for help.
