They moved a piano upstairs!!! Super professional. Not just a dude and a truck. Obviously has years of moving experience and unbelievable care for your items. I wouldn’t let this other reviews turn you off. He was also able to help the lady I got the piano from move several things. It was only him, his son and one other guy and they move the piano flawlessly. Price was reasonable as well. Will 100% use him again when I move. Accepted cash app.

J and Khalif did a great job! I had several heavy and big items being moved from an apartment to a home. They were fast, efficient and professional. Wrapped my items and moved them with no problem. I will be using them again and referring them to friends who need services.

Moved a piano up and down some stairs I was doubtful it would hardly fit, timely and solid work the whole way, corteous and fairly priced services.

Jay is a great hard working guy trying to run a small business with limited resources. There were some glitches during the process but he made sure to complete our move on time. If you want very affordable and safe mover Jay is the guy! For door to door service you cant beat the price.

We had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Jay and ABC123Movers. We were set up for 9am on Saturday morning. First it was issues with the weather. Which the roads were just wet and we told them and not an issue. Then it was Uhaul's fault telling us that the truck they rented wasn't back yet. At 11am we received another message telling us that Uhaul wouldn't rent to them and we had to come out and rent the truck. Which we did and then Uhaul would not rent to us because they felt we were associated with them. This led us on a stressful search to find another truck, which we finally did and rented and made it back to our house at 12pm. Three hours late and one hour before showings were supposed to start on our home. While my husband was out trying to find a truck, 4 people showed up in a van, smelling horribly of weed. The one gentlemen who seemed to be 2nd in command under Jay, he was very good and tried very hard to direct the other 3 people to make sure they didn't break any of our items (they did break a glass top to one of our dressers, that we had sold and was being picked up) or damage anything else and he was a very hard worker. And he is the reason that we were able to get almost everything out in an hour but it left me no time to clean before showings, resulting in two showings not being interested in our home because it didn't show well. We had to ask them to come back at 4:15pm to get the rest of our items since we ran out of time. Again, they were late. Which is clearly an issue. We had used them one week prior to move half of our items and they were almost 2 hours late that day and again, smelling terribly of weed. I was pretty shocked that he asked me to pay for such horrible service, but we did come to an agreement. And again, the gentleman who appeared to be 2nd in charge, he worked his butt off and was very professional. And that's the only reason I was willing to pay anything. The workers were smoking on our property and I had to tell them not to smoke in our garage. Just a completely unprofessional group. We found cigarette butts all over our new property. I will never use them again. After recommending them to a friend after the 1st half move, I immediately messaged her and told her not to use them. Moving is already a stressful day. This made the day just horrible for us. And Jay had the audacity to say it was really stressful on him!

I can't recommend this company with a clear conscience as they do not stand behind their work. I hired them March 2023 to move items from a storage unit into a rental house. The only positives were quick & easy communication & their price was fair. The day of the move Jay and 2 other guys showed up 30 min late and reeked of weed when they got out of their truck. They damaged one of the hardwood floor planks in a bedroom which I only found that day after they left. I immediately reported this to Jay and sent photos. It was also reported to my landlord who sent an invoice for the repair. When I sent the invoice to Jay he told me I went about it all wrong, and the price was too high as he is a contractor as well..? He begrudgingly said he'd submit it to his insurance company for reimbursement. Needless to say I've followed up with him several times, always getting one excuse or another as to why this hasn't been rectified. We're now here 10 months later, and as of 2 weeks ago I can no longer get a response via email. I always like supporting small local business, but this was a big disappointment.

Beyond disappointed with this moving company! If I could rate 0 stars, I would.This company hires movers off Craigslist, moved us, and then valuables were stolen. We even had street cameras show the movers putting things into the cab of the truck and not with the rest of our belongings. Never got the items back and been fighting this for over a month now.Besides stealing, they damaged multiple doorways in the sold home and house we bought. They did not compensate for the damages. Only excuses were made. It looked like someone broke into the house.. that’s how destroyed the front door panel was. My husband and I had to pick pieces off the sidewalk and try our best to repurpose the pieces.The only time we experienced a moving company and I would not support local. Pay more for professional and background checks on the employees moving your stuff. Save yourself mental breakdown and heartbreak.

The ABC123 team moved us from Philly to Harrisburg earlier this month. They not only provided the best rate out of 9 quotes but also were the most driven and hard working team I have ever met. No feat was too challenging for them, including a caveat of our new apt -- it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. They did not blink an eye about it and were super positive the whole time. They also moved incredibly quickly and were very chill and respectful. We had ALOT of boxes, plus a 2 hr drive to the new place, yet everything was completed within a day's time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great moving experience!

Zay and his team of movers were great! We had a lot of heavy furniture and boxes to be moved. They handled our things professionally and carefully. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their moving services and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

I ended up getting injured 3 months before moving. Had to find a mover fast and needed them to be reasonable and responsive I had received prices in the area as high as 10k, but ABC123Movers responded almost immediately and was willing to move items across state lines for a very reasonable price. They worked with our schedule and secured everything so it wouldn't break in transit. Would def. Recommend! Thanks again!

These guys are fantastic! I trusted them with my belongings and they came through. I was referred to them through friends who both have used ABC123. One was for a move to VERMONT and the other was to deliver a refridgerator to her 2nd floor kitchen. Like my move, no damage and they took exceptional care of all my stuff. I dont gush unless the business is worthy, these guys ARE! Trust me to trust them.
