Yesterday I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jeimy Santiago, and she was nothing short of pure excellence. Not only was she able to help me get set up with a new insurance plan, she also educated me on what exactly my policy detailed which the previous agent did not, saving me nearly $300! She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable in addition to being personable. This girl is a complete stranger, but through her transparency I can tell she is a great person and genuinely looks out for what is in your best interest and does her very best to help. Shoutout to you, well done my girl!

I had an excellent experience with Jeimy at Acceptance insurance I was offered a quote with my record for driving and age exc I saved over $300.00 dollars. I recommend everyone revise there insurance get a quote there is nothing to lose and possibly everything to gain will be seeing you soon as a walkin bringing a friend .... Antoinnette was the most professional person I’ve ever spoken to, at any job. She helped me get insurance right away, even found my vin numbers while I was struggling to find them in my emails. She reassured me that I was gonna get the help I needed and felt like a family/friend was helping me.

Just being HONEST i call this place spoke to a woman by the name Ms Jeimy and not only was she able to find me the best price but her knowledge of insurance and skills with dealing with people was on point and on real time experience the best price you will get.

After hearing Acceptance insurance on the radio. I looked them up. They were very helpful immediately got straight to the point I was assigned to Jeimy!!! she was extremely supportive, patient , understanding that I was on a special budget she shopped around for me and found me the perfect coverage which was a few hundred dollars less than what I expected to pay. I’m very thankful for her help. I will continue to do business with them, Give them a call ask for Jeimy !!!

Hate this place since it changed recently. Just went to make a payment 2 people sitting at their desks and not 1 customer yet I'm told sign in I'm on my lunch break. First off all I needed was to make a payment second the attitude from her was not necessary I wish you'd bring Vanessa or shadia back because the one you have now is very unprofessional to the point ill be looking for different insurance after close to 10 years with your company!!! I understand good employees are hard to find but you definitely could do better I hope you continue to lose business. This was at 2:50pm with not 1 single customer but 2 employees. The other points to a significant on her desk that says in training so I'm guessing while in training you just sit and look smh I used to love this place no wonder all your loyal employees left!!

Shadia Guzman deserves 10 stars. I haven’t had this kind of service in years. Shows empathy and understanding in my situation with the loss I had, helps me taking her time even when I see many customers needing her, she takes care of all of us with excellent service no matter how busy she is. Mutlitasking but still very detailed and all about the customer. I was very impressed when I told her I was worried about a lapse and she stayed in the office longer to accept my cash just so I wouldn’t lapse since I didn’t have a card. You might see her on 3 calls at a time but still doesn’t make a mistake. I finally found the right agent!

I have been with acceptance insurance for years and have never had an issue. The insurance agents answer and assist me with paying my monthly bill and any questions or needs with my policy. Between my husband and I, we have been calling all day attempting to pay our bill before it is late, and the online service is not working and the automated system is not working. An agent names Shania keeps picking up the phone and acting like she cant hear and hanging up... When my husband called off of his phone, he states immediately that he just needs to pay his bill. She stated "you can pay on the automated system or online" and hung up. I have NEVER experience this from acceptance insurance before. SO unprofessional and disrespectful. I dont know when she started or where she came from, but we are now thinking about switching insurance companies... maybe acceptance insurance just isnt what it used to be.
