AHPM requires to pay $45 application fee before they show any apartment. Seems scam to me.

I wish I could put no stars!! Waste of $90 with our two application fees. Tonya has the worst customer service EVER. I called, emailed and left multiple voicemails with no responses. Thank goodness I was able to find a different management company that actually cared. Such a scam.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY APPLYING WITH THIS...
