My adventure began with my 6 to 7 year old laptop with an annoyingly bad speaker. I took it into the store for repairs expecting an easy resolution. It turned into an almost comical disaster. Without going into a lot of details, I just want to give a shout out to the staff for doing their very best to turn a worried customer into a customer happy. Thank you Jacob & Ian. You guys ROCK!

X This was my first time in an Apple Store because honestly, it’s a little far for me to travel, but I happen to have had to make an appointment because my iPad M4 had a cracked screen. Well, after dealing with the technician I was able to look around the store and they definitely have large variety of items for purchase in which I did purchase something that I found useful. The only thing I was disappointed in, yes that all of their accessories for example iPhone, only work with the iPhone 16 and 17 and not with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I guess if you had to look at from an inventory standpoint, it would not make sense to have accessories for every model, but I think that they should.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Apple Sets the Standard
I’ve never owned an iPhone yet, but I’ve always admired Apple for their quality, innovation, and professionalism. I actually tried to buy one, but unfortunately, we don’t have an official Apple Store in Morocco — only authorized sellers. To be honest, I always feel a bit worried about getting a fake or refurbished device, and the customs duties are very high, which makes it almost impossible to get a genuine iPhone at a fair price.
What makes Apple truly great is how strong their reputation is worldwide. Every company, when trying to promote its products, compares them to Apple’s and that alone is a huge victory for Apple. Their products have become the benchmark for technology, reliability, and design excellence. I really hope Apple opens an official store in Morocco soon!

The staff were extremely unhelpful. They literally get paid to stand around. If you want to know the trade in worth of your apple product you have to use a display phone to determine that. What are you there for? They don’t have any iPhone 17 pros or Pro Maxes. Instead of just saying oh just wait next week or next month. They treated my question like a security threat And for security reasons, they can’t disclose that information like what am I gonna do a iPhone full scale robbery? Then they try to push the iPhone plus to me I don’t want the inferior basic low end model. The iPhone Air gets way too hot way too fast. Why on earth would you want me to sell phone, that I have to play hot potato with? This entire experience left a negative taste in my mouth I will never be purchasing a single apple product from here ever again. It’s like you don’t even want your phone to be sold. Terrible lazy service.

I ordered an iPhone for in-store pickup at Apple Store Park City, excited to drive 1.5 hours to get it. What a nightmare it turned out to be. My pickup window was supposed to be 6:00-6:15 PM. By 6:30, no QR code or notification. I called customer service twice—they had no clue what was going on and vaguely said “it should be ready by end of day.” Meanwhile, the store closes at 7:00 PM, and I’m racing against the clock.
While on the phone with support at 6:45, I finally pull up to the store. I rush to the staff at the door, explain the situation: no QR code, drove over an hour, desperate to grab my phone. Their response? Blank stares and shrugs. No explanation, no apology, no iPhone. They couldn’t even tell me why the order was delayed or what went wrong. I left empty-handed, frustrated, and out of time and gas money.
Apple, you pride yourselves on seamless experiences, but this was a total failure. Poor communication, zero accountability, and a staff that seemed utterly unprepared. I’ll never trust your pickup system again—do better! Avoid this store if you value your time.
