I find it extremely frustrating that employees couldn’t answer my question about recording on my iPad. I apologize for my behavior, but flipping off someone is rather mild.(especially compared to what I’m capable of-but don’t worry I’m through with Apple) The idea that you can sell me $2000 worth of equipment and not have at least someone who could answer my questions was NOT customer satisfaction. All I got was, we cannot suggest third part equipment. Again, I apologize. I don’t like behaving that way, but rest assured, you will never see my face in your store again. (Nothing personal: lousy company policy) peace

My wife & I made an appointment to have someone at Apple Park City look at my 3 year old Apple 2020, I phone! As soon as we arrived at our 6:50 PM appointment we were shown inside to verify my phone issue, which was a broken glass back! They asked us what they could do for us & I showed them the crumbling broken glass in my Otterbox Defender, which I had found shattered in my case, all inside & if I had not opened it up to clean it, I would not have found the damage!!! I must have dropped my phone off of my belt & the back hit the ground filled with large pieces of sharp limestone. It was a nightmare!!I was introduced to a girl scheduler who connected me with Shaun at the Apple Store. After explaining my problems, Shaun took us to a bar table with his laptop. He also told me that he could replace my iPhone with an exact replacement right then & there!!! I wanted to also add the Apple Care to my wife’s phone & asked him to fix my wife’s issues with her phone not working well.Shaun made sure to let us know that he could help us easily!! We were ecstatic at his promise, since we saw some really bad reviews from other customers!! The people that were disappointed must have not explained their issues to the employees at this Park City Apple Store!!! We were in and out in 90 minutes and we were very pleased with everything that Shaun did to our phones!!I did make an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled time!!! However they helped my wife and I more than we had ever expected!!! All of you employees at park City are A#1 in our book & we thank you dearly for the help. We WILL be back!!! Thank you!!!!

Worst Apple Store. After checking in for an appointment, had to wait 25 min just to get help. Needed my phone camera to be replaced. Told me that they can’t do that and I should just buy a new phone. Took it to a repair shop instead and they fixed it for $120. What a scam. Just try to up sell you and don’t want to fix anything.

I purchased the new Apple Watch series 9 from Amazon and by accident ordered the one with the sports loop band instead of the regular sports band. I was so disappointed! My husband called Apple and explained the situation and was told we could exchange it at the store and avoid having to return the watch to Amazon and reorder another one. We went and picked it up the next day, the clerk was so nice, got the correct band and was told to just keep the other band! Thank you Apple!! Makes me love Apple products even more!!!

My daughter preordered a phone and when she went to the store they said it was already picked up the day before. It was not her who picked up this phone. No one in the store would provide her any help other than to say make a police report and call your bank to stop payment. The customer service is unhelpful. You’re better off buying a phone through your phone carrier!

Absolutely terrible experience today at the Apple Store. 8/27/23. We made an appointment at the apple store to have my fiance's phone get looked at and walked into the genius bar but after not a single person tried to help us for over 10 minutes I knocked on the back to try and get help and a gentleman, (Mileke or Mileak?), came running up to me yelling that I can't look back there and I said that I just needed help and he just kept repeating "it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter, you can't look back there" when I said I understand and that I just needed help he said "it doesn't matter, you can't look back there". I said this was terrible customer service and he yelled at me "you're terrible!" When I asked for his name and he just walked away and started telling his coworkers that I was trying to go to their back room when I was simply trying to get assistance for our appointment. Thankfully the guy he was talking to asked me what was going on and offered to help and apologize for the situation. Only reason for the one extra star. But personally I'm an android user and was planning to switch to Apple for the iPhone 15 but with this terrible customer service I'm seriously reconsidering if this is how I'm gonna be treated when I simply try to get help.

Wish I could give less. Terrible customer service. The reps are not as knowledgable how they used to be. Even the call team absolutely sucks. What happened to apple? What happened to apple having such a good customer service and being knowledgable. They mess up your phone and then what to charge you. Waste your time. They will tell you a product was made incorrectly but then want to charge you to get a new one. Like I get it. There's protocol and things you can't do but you guys already made me wait 6 hours to do "testing" but they said they couldn't even do the testing so after 1 hour even I should have been out of there. Apple needs to do better. We love the technology but the customer service sucks.

Very disappointed in the service here. I have a business with apple devices. Sent an employee in for help on his phone that is a year old. I payed for the service plan upfront, all the staff wanted to do was sell a new phone. Wasted a bunch of time. I expect more from Apple.

Avoid this location. My phone was repaired here and now won't work at all. Store manager has no customer service skills and does not know how to communicate in a professional manner.

Showed up at store after being directed there by my TMobile store. Needed a replacement and have Apple Care. I had to wait about 45 minutes for an open appointment. Browsed mall and came back.Honestly, I expected a big rig-a-ma-roll… shockingly surprised at the level of care and attention that I received. It was a pleasure having Logan assist me. She truly is an asset to your organization and the Park City store. Logan is very knowledgeable and quickly knew how to remedy my issue and assist. Leaving a happy camper after such a positive experience.

Always a cool atmosphere even if there are a lot of people there. Called ahead to price check a pair of headphones. Asked if they price compare, they do just up to 10%. Still decided to buy them from here. Katrina and Josh helped make the experience good. Thanks guys!

Worse instore experience. I called first to make sure they would take my payment method but when I got to the store they wouldn't take that payment, where unhelpfully to fix the issue. Manager would not talk directly to us. Didn't care that we wouldn't be buying products from them if future because they had enough customer in store. And would not hold products so we could come pick it up the next day. This makes me want to never buy apple anything.

Great store and very friendly staff. I used the genius bar and David was exceptional. He did a wonderful job, explaining the details of what had to be done, and when the parts would arrive. Very professional and educational. Thanks!
