Over the years I have had 5 -6 pasta extruders, multiple hand crank rollers, cavetelli makers, ravioli makers. Worked an extruder in a casino with a machine that could do 8 #s of pasta a batch. The AEX5 in a perfect home machine making pasta family and friends. Bought from Forza and they could not have been more helpful.

WOW !!!! Talk about a terrific place to get a pasta machine. Greg was *terrific* both before we went over and while we were there. Excellent demo of the machine and very patient putting up with some of our confusing questions !!!! Highly recommended !!!!
