Terrible customer service from the guy working here 7/30 at 10am. Wanted to talk about my plan and get a new phone. I walk in he audibly sighs, almost doesn't even get up. Short unhelpful answers that felt like he just wanted me to leave. After failing to get any info or any real conversation.

Went to upgrade my phone, wanted one the day of. Wasted time going through options just to find out they didn’t have anything up to date. A phone store with no phones is crazy. Maybe my bill would get cheaper if they decided to do away with this desolate location.

I love this store. They don’t force me to buy a new phone everytime I go there like other stores also the guy Alesandro and the lady Asha they always fix my phone when it starts acting weird

Ariel was incredible. He was very helpful and excellent with customer service. I would drive out of my way just to go to this location to have ariel help me again.
