I needed to switch my line to AT&T, I recommend going into the store instead of trying online. It was quick and easy, they answered all of my questions. They also pointed out additional discounts that I was eligible for. Ty and Braden amazing and super helpful. Thank you!

I stopped in to upgrade my phone and was helped by Tyrell, which made all the difference, and this is why: First of all, his customer service skills are outstanding. He greeted me right after I walked in and asked the reason for my visit even though he was helping another customer. He then said he would be with me shortly, so I looked over the phones on display.
His knowledge of all the phones was comprehensive, being able to answer all of my questions no matter which phone I asked about.
Then he talked to me about the current promotions AT&T was running so I could get the best deal possible.
After I decided which phone I wanted (eith his inputs), he helped me to transfer my data from my old phone and made sure the new phone was operating correctly before letting me leave. . . all while helping other customers who came into the store. This was multi-tasking at its best, I think.
So I was a bit long on this review because I would highly recommend stopping in to talk to Tyrell for all your phone+ needs, and I wanted to let you know why.

Braden and Tyrell were great to work with. I went in to trade in my phone and there were issues with my family account. They were extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will only go to this store from now on!

This AT&T store was so good! Braden W. was so helpful, kind and funny! He helped me to understand technology that I don't normally grasp. He spent a long time helping me switch phones, understand the new payments plans, etc. Thank you so much, AT&T and Braden!

Tyrell and Braden did a great job helping me with my trade in recently. They explained everything with exceptional accuracy and speed. Braden was clearly new and Tyrell did a fantastic job training him while getting the trade in done.

I broke my phone screen, and wasn’t sure what my options were. I had X amount left to pay off and quotes to replace the screen were the same price (upwards of 450+ to replace). I went in hoping to hear my options and figure out what to do. They informed me about upgrading but I was hoping to stay with my make and model. I believe his name was Braden, took a look into my account and found I had a protection plan and all I had to do was submit a claim and it was covered. The weight that was lifted off my shoulders, is unimaginable. That saved me hundreds that I just do not have. He submitted the paperwork and I was able to head right to the repair store and get it fixed. The other gentleman that was there, I’m not sure his name, was also very friendly. I teared up in the car, it was SUCH a relief! Can’t say thanks enough!

Tyrell is my super hero. Soooo very patient and informative. If all my tech experiences could go as smoothly! Plus, he explained AT&T billing elements/cycles for me. I called him directly a few days later and he quickly sorted out my questions. The Best!
