The customer service at this store is on point. Thomas D’s assistance and knowledge was unparalleled and extremely appreciated given the complexity of the issues that needed to be resolved. It is because of Tom that I decided to return as an AT&T wireless customer, even despite past and current issues with billing.

Justin took such good care of my Mom. We try so hard with her, but there are some things we need AT&T for. He was patient, kind and professional. Kudos, Justin. I know it's not always easy but your expertise, extreme understanding and divine poise are so appreciated. Phenomenal work!

My wife and I recently purchased an I-Phone at an Apple Store. We were told by the Apple Store staff that they could not activate the phone onto our AT&T without our AT&T password. This requirement is apparently a new security feature. We did not have our AT&T password with us; we only had the account PIN, so we took our newly purchased phone to the AT&T store in the Park City mall and Bebe and Tom of the AT&T staff were a great help and extremely patient with us while setting up our phone.

I had a really tough situation with first net. I spent 5.5 hours in the store. Taylor at this at and t location was very kind and compassionate. He did absolutely everything he could do to try and remedy the issue. He went above and beyond and even found ways to lower my bill. His reassurance and perseverance were greatly appreciated and made a very frustrating situation a little easier to handle. While we were unable to find a solution that day, the support from Taylor and his team made that easier to deal with. Would recommend coming to this store with any issues or needs!

Walked into the store yesterday afternoon and came across a lady named Michele.
Very unpleasant, and seemed to be super annoyed with me asking questions related to the miscellaneous charges on my accounts. When i asked a more in depth question her response was “ i already told you…..”
Wasn’t helpful at all, hopefully she can receive more training in customer service, and not have a nasty disposition.
