Got a new phone at the fruitville locating.good service by the associate he was professional. And the store manager Brandon great attitude. Highly Recommend this location. 💯 satified.

I called to see if they had the phone that I wanted in stock. Unfortunately, I waited 1 hour and 17 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Yes, I am generally very patient. I was ready to pay cash for a $1600 phone tonight. I’ve been an AT&T customer for many years.
And for shoppers reading my comment, read how this store copies and paste their responses to every complaint going back years. It say they don’t really care. So many missed opportunities. It makes mediocre service provided by competitors look stellar.

Closed at 5:51pm. Wanted to stop buy and ask a quick question about whether they provide a service in the store because I can't get an answer over the phone. This is why I'm leaving AT&T.
