do not go to the AT&T at Walmart on Fruitville Pike. back in 2021. I went to the service center that is inside of Walmart for AT&T. I spoke to a representative there by the name of Thea and discussed I needed a new phone. She said oh it just happens to be that they are running a deal right now and you can get a phone for free considering I was an AT&T customer for 15 years. So I went ahead and picked out a phone and signed the papers and noticed that my next bill had $199 on it for the phone. I notified Customer Service in regards to this multiple times they never got back to me so be weary of Thea over at Walmart at the AT&T service. It sounds like she is just trying to meet her numbers too bad I even had to give them a one because they are not worth it.

Opened a new account as a first time AT&T customer (after being a steady MetroPCS customer for 3+ years) and was immediately flagged & unable to get both phones I wanted for the promotions offered because of this. I was not informed why I was flagged, just that it randomly happens to new customers who open AT&T accounts. Weird.Anyway, I was told to get the one phone, use my old phone until I could get the second new phone, then pay my bill and come back within 30 days to be able to get the other phone I wanted for the promo price. Otherwise, I had to fork out $1300 right then and there. So I did what I was told & found out that not only did the guy lie to me about being able to do that, but he put the wrong SIM cards in the phones.Instead of paying $20/month (for the installment plan) for the IPhone 14 Pro Max & nothing for my pre-owned phone I brought with me to the plan, they’re trying to make me pay $27.78 as an installment plan for the phone I brought with me that’s already paid off & gave me the IPhone 14 Pro Max for free? I’m not sure why I’m supposed to be paying off the phone I OWN or why it’s more expensive than the newer IPhone, but it further proves the incompetency I dealt with here. Extremely dissatisfied with AT&T and will be switching services ASAP.

I have been with AT&T for nearly 20 years. I have NEVER, been to any AT&T store, where the salesman, and even the manager were willing and able to go above and beyond as much as the three gentleman did in the store. I gave an enormous kudos to Josue, Logan, as well as the store manager, Brandon!!!!! After going in that store to get a situation with corporate office, settled four times, I wish there was more I could do to show a thank you to all three of those men. If I, ever, decide to go back to AT&T, after switching, I will not go to any other store in this area! THANK YOU!!!

Went into AT&T store on the Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, Pa to ask for assistance in locating something on my phone. I neglected to get the AT&T Associate's name. He was excellent with assisting me with my issue. He did try to assist with internet but discovered AT&T are not covered in our neighbor! Thank you AT&T for hiring a competent helpful agent.

This place is absolutely a disgrace. I’ve went in there several times and they can never do anything to fix a problem. I’ve probably been to several different at&ts and they all were so kind and could easily help. This place is a joke.

I went there to get a new plan, and told them what I wanted and needed and the guy signed me up for something totally different ... After I told him that's not what I wanted. Bad customer service, it's not what people at At&t want it's what the customers want. They're not paying for your phone or plan so I don't know how they feel entitled to adding extra costs to customers bills and doing whatever they want. The worst experience I ever had at a mobile phone store. Will be switching soon to another phone service company. These people are scammers.

We had an excellent experience upgrading my daughter's iPhone. Brandon was patient, informative and really helpful throughout the whole process. By far it wss the most efficient and positive experience I've had with a sales associate at ATT in my 30 years of being a customer!

Carson is great!! Put this in his review file. He's very friendly and welcoming. He's very knowledgeable about all the types of phones. He gave honest assessments of each phone and the customer feedback he gets. I will ask for him next time we need something.

Horrible company. DO NOT GO to this ATT store. I just spoke to the manager Brandon but he said there's noting he can do for me about my situation. Agent Tyler scammed me by telling me to cancel my daughter phone line and he got her a new phone 13 for free and the new line got discount. Turned out now her phone line bill go up double and she got to pay the iPhone 13.

Tried to get a phone at Apple and waited such a long time just for them not to be able to help us. Walked in to this store and walked out with a new phone in 10 minutes. Great service and everything was explained well. Will come again!
