“What do you do when both of your RV house batteries die in the middle of a long trip? You go to Interstate Batteries, particularly the one on the Oregon Pike in Lancaster, PA. Fabulous customer service, great work - even cleaned the battery bay! In and out in no time at all!”

“Where do I start, my experience was great the store manager Donnie was very helpful super knowledgeable about recommendations willing to make sure customers are happy! What I noticed as I was there seem like the other employees specifically, a young gentleman goes by JT or TJ I believe, his approached was distasteful no at all welcoming gives off not so nice attitude. Not sure how long he’s been there but I think I would suggest more training on how to handle customers with questions/ concerns about items parts etc. and be more respectful and nice about it not just with customers but with his fellow colleagues! be mindful of what the customers are seeing and observing. The 4 stars was because of the service I got from Donnie. Give that man his flowers seems like he takes pride in his role their!”
