Jerry is always straight forward with you and he is a nice guy as well. I've never had any problems with him or his service and I bring my car, my wife's car and my parents car there when need be. Had my car towed here for the first time, and it worked out perfectly since I was leaving for vacation the next day. Jerry, the owner, was incredibly honest and professional. My car has 300,000 miles on it, and he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs—he just focused on fixing the starter. When the bolts wouldn’t come out, he found another way to get it done. The repair only took a couple of days, but he let me keep the car there for eight days without any issue. Even over the phone, he was friendly, wishing me a good flight and chatting about the weather. Great experience, honest service, and my car is running perfectly. Highly recommend!

Mr. Coldren is a very honest businessman. Since moving to the Lancaster area he will be the only one to do work on my cars. He will not nickel and dime you if your car does not actually need the parts.

Realized I had lost a lug nut, called the shop and they were able to help immediately. Very helpful and friendly over the phone. Went right to the shop where the owner put on the lug nut, tightened all my others, and then test drove to ensure everything was good to go. Had a knocking sound that had just started and him tightening my lug nuts stopped it. He ensured my car was safe and was very friendly and personable while doing it! Highly recommend!

Excellent!! This place saved our road trip. We were driving to Lancaster on day one of a road trip around PA and our engine started badly misfiring. Searched on Google maps and found this place. I called and they said they could fit us in first thing in the morning. While we were at Dutch Wonderland, they quickly diagnosed the problem and performed quite a tricky fix, basically saving our engine and our entire road trip! The price was very reasonable too. This has been my go-to shop for many years, and I trust them completely. The repairs are always done right, they're always done on time, and the prices are always fair. I'm sure you can save a few bucks by going to a shade tree mechanic or by not having all the recommended repairs done, but I prefer that any vehicle my family travels in be safe and reliable. Automotive Masters has helped me take three cars well past 200,000 miles with amazing reliability.
