I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at Auto One in Lancaster. After completing a finance application, I ultimately decided not to move forward with a vehicle. Once I communicated this decision, staff members became dismissive, abruptly ended the phone call, and demonstrated unprofessional and rude behavior.
In particular, Adam made inappropriate remarks regarding my credit situation, which was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. This conduct reflects poorly on the dealership and creates an environment where customers feel disrespected rather than supported.
The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative dealerships where customer service is taken seriously.

We just had a fantastic experience with Auto One in Lancaster, PA! From the moment we met one of their sales representatives Adam, he was polite and kind and took an initiative to help us right away. My mother was urgently looking for another car after an auto accident that was not her fault caused her to have her just recent bought car to be totaled. She was so upset and depressed and so we started to search again for cars. They didn’t have anything in her price range right there but he quickly found a vehicle he was going to look into and amazingly had it brought to his shop so we could look at it. My mother was so excited and even when we had a small issue he went above and beyond and worked with us and was wonderful to communicate with! It is hard to find people in the world these days who will take care of their customers! We highly recommend talking to Adam with Auto One! It is a really nice company with a wonderful team!

I would never purchase a car from there again. They sold me a SUV, and the entire bottom was severely rusted, I went to two seperate mechanics and they both said this car should not have been sold to anyone. When I went to return the vehicle, they could only offer me $800 buy back, and encouraged me to try carmax for a higher trade rate.

I had a great experience at Auto One Lancaster! It was way different from the dealership I got my last car from. I’m a young female that doesn’t know much about cars and they let me buy a boarder line lemon because they only cared about making a sale. These guys at Auto One are different and they were so cool to have a conversation with! Mike Diaz was always honest with me and he never pressured me. When there was a car with an issue, he gave me his honest opinion on how to proceed. He answered all my questions and concerns in a way that I could understand. While waiting for a vehicle to be delivered, Auto One provided me with a nice temporary car, that added to my smooth experience with them. Thank you so much Mike and Auto One Family for assisting me with my purchase!

Horrible customer service and lazy responses any time you call. Was the only place we were able to purchase a vehicle from at the time and sure enough, after just one month of purchase, the car’s got timing/transmission issues and then they wanna say they have zero tags for loaner vehicles so we have to be down a car for god knows how long because we’re not spending almost $400 a week on a rental. They’ve had almost 2 weeks now to get a tag and just didn’t? Or “couldn’t”? But I can walk off any other lot with a piece of paper taped to my window as a tag and I’m good…
Update: The manager publicly apologized here, but in private, called to say that they are now refusing to issue a loaner because the review hurt their feelings and said to never call back about it. Which is an illegal reason to deny the manufacturer’s (not their) warranty…

Buying a car couldn’t have been easier. These guys really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I was looking for. The car I wanted wasn’t at their dealership, but they brought it over from another one the same day so I could test drive it. Huge thanks to Mike and kenny for making the whole process super easy.
