I drove three hours to have my Acura Legend serviced at Autotech Lancaster. I was experiencing several issues with the car that other mechanics misdiagnosed.Dale, and Harvey addressed all the issues in a timely manner. They are honest, and professional. The communication was excellent, and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. This was one of my best experiences with a repair shop. Recently my ex had gotten into a car accident and needed his car to be repaired. The workers from AutoTech were in contact with him every step of the way letting him know what he should expect from the insurance company. The entire time the staff were extremely kind, reasonable and helpful looking to make sure that he got his car back as soon as possible and did an amazing job detailing and making his car look new again. He says that his car actually looks nicer that when he first bought it after all the repairs and replacements. Overall would recommend them 10/10. (AutoTech in the Ephrata location also is has great service, have gone there as well for general car maintenance. Pricing is good.)Services: General repairs & maintenance
