Make sure you check what you get before you leave the store! (You shouldn't have to but with the useless help you need to make sure what you asked for is what you get before you leave... we were short 1 part and I called in to let them know and they were rude and said it's not their problem since we left! The worst customer service!

I came in at 7:30am sharp this morning in hopes to figure out what is wrong with my car. Joshua greeted me respectfully and helped me through the process of running a diagnostic test. He was super helpful and knowledgable about my situation. I felt like a burden due to the poor weather conditions, but that quickly faded as I witnessed Joshua's work ethic and customer engagement. If I had cash, he would have gotten a tip, with no hesitation. Thank you again for all your help Joshua! Keep up the GREAT customer service!
