Key was not working to unlock and lock the car, person behind the desk told me that’s how they got it and offered no solutions. My business utilizes fleet services, and we will never utilize this location again. I suggest you all do the same.

Charge me over $1800 for 3 weeks. I wrote u told me u over charged me 100s of dollars over made me wait 2 weeks then told me you not given me anything. I overdrew because of that.lost my house to i believed your business ethics to be solid. This is not good businessTook my last...... I sold my car only for yall to overcharge me n now i dont have car or money .

Crooks, my rental was $600 and it was AAA when the car was returned they took $1900 from my bank account and lied, cost me over draft fees etc!!!! Don’t rent from them!

Guy answering phone beyond rude and unhelpful. Told him car rented from Avis and alarm keeps going off on Nissan Rogue intermittently. Told me need to call corporate as can't help me and Told me not an issue with rhe Rogue when internet has tons of videos on tbis.

I have rented from Avis locations all over the country, and this is one of the best. The service is always friendly and fast. Plus they offer EVs, which I cannot find in large cities like Chicago and NY.

This airport will surprise you. The rental center has a very friendly professional staff, with a nice selection of vehicles to choose from. You walk less then 50 feet to your car, not no bus, to a train, to a plane non-sense. For years I’ve been taken amtrack to Philly airport.You are better of flying out of here for a couple of bucks more and have the convenience of having your car here when you return. I hope the airport purchases more nearby land for vehicle parking, as they grow and please don’t charge the residence of the nearby county’s parking fees!! That’s your unique selling point.

They never shared with me any geographical restrictions in my confirmations. Then proceeded to have a piece of paper on the counter the day im picking up telling me they would charge me 1000 dollars for passing the mississipi river which my destination was 250 miles across. To think that if my destination was 251 miles shorter i wouldnt be a liability, at least they had the curtosy to lay out that piece of paper warning me that i would be extorted for no logistical reason.. wont be doing business with them again.
