Ebike accident destroyed my brand new Galaxy S25 plus. Looked like someone shot it with a 9mm, These guys at the Battery Shop didn't even blink an eye. Camera damage screen damage. Fixed in 2 hours. ROCK STARS. ALL OF THEM

These guys changed my phone battery in about an hour today. I called first to make sure they could do it today. They made me an appt over the phone, which saved me $10. When I arrived they were expecting me and had already pulled the correct battery from inventory for me to make things go even more smoothly. I really needed their help and they came through for me!

I've had B+ fix my cracked S20 screens over the 4 years I've owned it with great results. This time it needed more than a screen replacement, didn't know it at the time, more was wrong with the phone. B+ set me up with a loaner phone while I ordered a new phone from Verizon. They credited the repair back and that says a lot about their customer service. 5-stars because they just helped me instead of putting more $ to a repair than a replacement!

Went in to get key cut and now my original key doesn't work. I think they do this so that they can program a new key for $80 or so. That's not good business practice

Walked in at 8:30 AM Monday morning to get my phone screen replaced, they were super cool and friendly about it and got it done quickly! Extremely satisfied with the quality of work and friendliness of the staff. Hard to come by these days!

My expirence is unbelievable. I bought a battery in April 2023 and was no good in the spring of 2024. Had the battery in my garage all winter and no help with partial replacement. What kind of service is that. Stand behind your product. 6 month warranty, I did not even use the mower for 6 months
