They are very friendly and helpful people. They are cleaned and organized. They maintain your account well. They assist old and new with interest rates that can afford more or less in their mortgage and personal loans, student loans and promotion. They have large and small parking spaces. They employed workers that are determined to work with various departments.

Slowest service ever. Literally took 15 minutes for 2 cars in the drive thru. Absolute garbage branch.

Bad attitude and bad customer service at this branch. We have banked with them for over 25 years and always have significant deposits with our business account. I stopped today and made a deposit and also wanted to cash one personal check. They wanted to charge $8 to cash a check and it was from one of their own customers. Kept asking if I had a personal account and said they could not link it to the business account. Branch manager Teresa Kovalkowich was of no help. She does not know how to treat long time customers. Embarrassed me in the lobby in front of other customers. We will be withdrawing all funds and closing the account tomorrow over a check for $105! Unprofessional, rude and do not seem to care if they lose business. I called Fulton and they were more than glad to have us a customer for business banking.

Truist gave me a fake $100 today. Once I notified them they said it's my responsibility to check every bill they give me. This bank does no trust their customers.

I wanted to set up an account with BB&T, and I called about 25 minutes before they closed (on the weekend), asking if I can come in and do that yet. They said I could possibly. So I got there about 10 minutes before closing. They kindly helped me set up another account. It even went a later than what they were opened for. Their customer service went above and beyond to meet my need! Thanks for the the good service and for being willing to meet that need.

Criminal they charge $8 dollars just to get your checks cashed even when they were written by a bb&t member. Do not give checks from this bank as gifts or your loved ones will be shorted.

I'm generally happy with the service BB&T provides. In an era of internet banking, it is nice to have a local bank branch I can walk into and speak to a human.

The last 2 weeks has been a nightmare of over charges not crediting cash correctly and even a -190.00 "glitch" to my account closing my account this week and taking my business to a bank that doesn't rip you off

Absolute nightmare!! Do not do any business with this Branch. We are currently taking legal action against this branch and branch manager Chris ******. They/ he opened up unwarranted credit lines under our tax ID number. As a small family/ new business this almost wrecked us. I'm only posting so you dont go through what we are still going through! Happy Holidays.
