This place has really stepped it up in recent years. The desk staff is always super nice and helpful, and they even remember my name which I always appreciate. The agents and exec staff are also very kind and helpful.It’s unfortunate that all the old reviews are stuck on here, because they have really improved in the last couple years (especially after the transition from BBT to Truist). Love this bank

The numbers don't lie folks. This bank has bad reviews for a reason. I had an issue that went unresolved. Staff is not clear on their OWN polices. Will be closing my account there and go elsewhere.Also, as another reviewer mentioned, they don't stay open until their scheduled hours. Showed up 10 mins before closing on a Saturday and there was NOBODY in the building.

Went there at the Corporate Blvd branch before 12 noon on Saturday 17, 2021 and they were closed. Nothing was open not even the drive through. What kind of business is this to say that they are open till 12 noon and they are closed. Will never come back. Actually I am thinking about going to another bank to do my banking.

'Vice President' has got to be the worst person I have ever dealt with. Short and unhelpful answers when you ask about your account. Geez, would it be too much to ask of you to become more professional when you address a client? I have a feeling that when it comes to older clients they are a completely different person.

I've dealt with BB&T, and in particular this branch, long enough. I've had two good people over the years and the rest have been either mediocre or less. As a whole, this branch does not know or practice the meaning of customer service. I closed two accounts today and have two more that I will close in the days ahead. I always felt that banking was a service industry ... it's obvious that this branch does not see themselves in this way.

This has to be one of the absolute worst banks ever!!! They are ridiculously slow & the manager is extremely rude. She has no people skills whatsoever. It's really sad that people think they can speak to & treat people the way she treats clients & employees. I have been there numerous times, unfortunately & have witnessed her disrespecting clients & her own employees in front of each other & clients in the bank. And than I was an unfortunate recipient of her disrespectful attitude.

This has got to be one of the worst banks i have EVER dealt with . At the columbia , pa location they are very rude and of no help whatsoever , just plain LAZY !! A word of advice to these people if you can't talk to customers with respect then find a job where you don't have to deal with the public !!! Also when you call the corporate number you can NEVER get a human on the phone , piss poor customer service .
