About Bench Mark Program
Bench Mark Program is a fitness-based mentoring program for young men and women between the ages 13-24. Referrals into the program are made from local school districts, the Department of Juvenile Probation, the Children and Youth Agency, therapy offices, and parents in the community. The program is free of charge and provides participants with long term support that helps them find the leader within themselves. We provide physical fitness training, homework help, support finding a job, leadership programming, and most importantly, a trauma-informed environment for youth to seek support and counsel. Bench Mark is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization that sustains its operations through community support.

What an amazing organization doing great things for the youth of Lancaster. I volunteer here playing games, helping with homework, and giving out food and always have a great time. Supporting Bench Mark is investing in the next generation!

I saw these youth walking in the streets picking up trash and it was the best thing I've ever seen, I spoke with the leader of the group Noel and he was very codial and informative on. I want to publicize this as one of the best youth programs available.
