I had a great experience Blush! Blush had a great selection and Trisha was SO helpful/knowledgable. I was even able to bring my mother in to try on some MOB dresses! My dress came in super quick and I was given info for local seamstresses. I am so happy with my experience at Blush and would highly recommend!

Blush Bridal was absolutely amazing. Every staff member I talked to was extremely personable and wonderful to work with. I went into looking for my wedding dress really anxious and worried about my body. The consultants helped to make me not anxious at all and find a dress I feel beautiful in. My mom wants to eventually take my other sisters here as well. It’s a drive for us but worth it for the experience we had.

Summer made my wedding dress try on so much fun. She listened so closely to what I was looking for and was so supportive. Although I didn't find my wedding dress here, I would still recommend Blush Bridal. :)

Blush Bridal saved the day! I had a different salon cancel on me at the last minute and frantically called them for an appointment day of so my mom who flew into town could see me try on gowns. They kept the store open an additional hour so I could have the full shopping experience. Trisha was a wonderful consultant and really took the time to listen to what I wanted in a dress + made me feel confident. Highly recommend them for your shopping experience!

May 2024 bride here. I don't wear dresses often, nor have I much know-how in regards to style. Having booked my venue only 7 months before the big day, I had to get on it. My first encounter with Blush Bridal was via Instagram. Their posts are very informative and helped me figure out what to look for. I came alone for my first appointment, and quickly realized I was in good hands with Summer. She showed me several dresses, explained how sleeves could be incorporated in each (those were a must have for me), and showed me veils that matched each gown. She was very knowledgeable, confident, and professional, while at the same time I felt at ease. By my second visit, I showed Summer some other sleeve ideas I saw online. Within minutes she found the perfect ones in store to go with my favorite dress. That was it. I wanted a delicate, feminine look, and that was precisely it. Summer also found a veil that was similar in style to the one I liked in the store, but matched the dress better. I received many compliments on my gown during the wedding. I felt confident and happy with my choice! This store was always quick to answer any questions or concerns I had.

I had an amazing experience with Blush Bridal! They helped me find the perfect wedding dress and also assisted with dresses for my bridesmaids. The team was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they were fantastic at helping me figure out exactly what I wanted in my wedding dress.
Blush Bridal was especially helpful with one of my bridesmaids who was pregnant, ensuring she got the right size dress to accommodate her changing shape. Their thoughtful and personalized service made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

We did not have a good experience at Blush Bridal. My daughter (the bride) booked an appointment for Sunday from 12:30 -2:30 (the 2-hour slot that they allow for brides).
The first problem started maybe a week before the appointment when the shop called my daughter to ask about how many people would be attending…she said 5, plus her (Bride), for a total of 6 people. They said there would be a $75 charge for a ‘large party’. I happily paid the fee, as it’s her day, and that’s one of the shops she wanted to go to. When the bill/receipt came in the mail, there was tax added to the fee. We went to 5 shops that weekend, and 2 others also charged a fee, but they DID NOT charge tax on top of it. I was surprised to see tax added. Also, after our experience at Blush, I read reviews from other Brides’ experiences and the owner’s comments in response, and the owner said to one Bride’s review (given about 6 months ago) that you are allowed a total of 6 people (including the bride), and anything over that would be an extra fee….so now I’m really confused. We were a party of 6, so WHY were we charged a fee??
Next, we, the Bride’s family, come from the Philadelphia area, and drove over an hour to get to the appointment. We arrived at the shop at 12:20 for our 12:30 appointment only to find the door locked. We rang the bell, and the associate, Summer, answered the door and told us we were early and needed to wait outside. We had an 87-year old grandmother with us, and she had nowhere to sit! We asked if there was a place to use a restroom, and she replied…..well…I’ll let you in, but make it quick, and when you’re done, you will need to wait outside! Gee…thanks for being so generous.
We were finally let in (I don’t know what time, as I didn’t look at my watch) by a lovely lady (she seemed to be some sort of assistant) and were excited to get the appointment started. We looked around at the gowns while Summer finished with the prior appointment. And it’s a good thing we did! After Summer sat us down, and the young lady brought us some champagne (nice touch!), she talked to the Bride as to what she was thinking/her vision. She then said “okay, we are going to go shopping, and you will stay seated unless the Bride invites you to shop with her” REALLY...I am the MOTHER of the Bride and paying the bill. I am very close with my daughter and we want to experience this together. There is a reason why she bought the people she did. She WANTS our input and opinions! How DARE someone take that away from the family! My daughter is very capable of speaking her mind and stating her opinion…even if it’s different from ours. And we, in return, respect her opinions.

I booked 2 bridal shops the day my family and I went to look for my wedding dress. My second stop was Blush bridal but I should have made it my first. I was able to work with Alyssa and she was very patient, helpful and attentive. I tried on several dresses, rather fast, thanks to Alyssa! I felt like I was never going to find the one and then she asked me to see a dress I liked at the previous shop and say what I felt it was missing. She disappeared to the racks and came back with the dress of my dreams. She listened to exactly what I wanted but felt I couldn’t find and delivered just that. I was also able to bring my dress back to the store to get it pressed before the big day and the woman who helped me was also so vet kind!! I would recommend Blush to anyone!!

I'm so glad I found my dress at Blush! I had my first dress shopping appointment at another Lancaster store, and it was not a great experience. My appointment here was 100x better. Summer was a great associate, really listened to what I liked, and actually picked out the dress I ended up going with. My MIL also got her dress here and loved it.

Next-Up was a scolding from summer. We were all sitting in our assigned seats, and were chatting and looking around the store. I saw a formal dress on a mannequin that I liked, which I pointed out to our party – I thought it was beautiful and may be a dress that I would be interested in. I got up to look at that particular dress, and pulled another gown off the rack that I didn’t care for (thinking it looked matronly), and want to show the difference between the two, when I heard from behind the curtain – MOM…it’s the bride’s day, sit down. Again, I’m over an hour away, and was just looking (while Bride was changing) to see if there may be something I would be interested in. I dutifully sat back down and didn’t get up again!
Lastly, behind the curtain you could hear Summer and Bride talking about the dress – Bride’s likes/dislikes of the dress – and getting her opinion of the dress before revealing it to Bride’s party. She went as far as to announcing what the Bride’s opinion was BEFORE she opened the curtain. Again, there’s a reason a Bride brings people with her….she WANTS their opinions, regardless of what those opinions are. At one point, before the curtain opened, Summer announced – this is Mom’s choice, and the Bride has already said NO... …..WHY BOTHER TO SHOW US THE DRESS, IF YOU DON’T WANT OUR OPINION!!
Last of all, we were scheduled for a 2-hour appointment (12:30-2:30). At 1:50 Summer announced that we had 10 minutes left. At 2:00 we were ushered out of the store, and the door was locked behind us! What happened to the 2-hour appointment THAT I PAID FOR?? Why were we cut short??? No explanation given – just shown the door.
Summer needs to learn a little bed-side manner and read a room. In this case, the Bride brought people with whom she respects and trusts and values their opinions. No other shop stopped the Bride’s party from looking at dresses. No other shop locked their doors and left us standing outside. No other store stopped us from looking around at other dresses. No other store dismissed the party’s opinions. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Blush Bridal.

One of three shops I went to in the area. They had the BEST dresses, and Summer set the bar high as a pro helping me out. She knew so much about the dresses, how they could be altered, and how to clip them to give me the most flattering perspective of each dress. She was very creative in showing me how we could adjust things if I wanted to envision any changes. I was only in town for a couple of days, and they fit me in for a last minute second appointment to see "the one" again before committing. The location/vibe is a little more hole-in-the wall (corner of a strip mall) than some of the new trendy shops. But I'm so glad I made it my first - and last - stop!!!

Two hours is not a lot of time to try on such an important dress. We were not only rushed but also repeatedly told we didn’t have time to try all the dresses we wanted to and that there were appointments after us. Will not be back
