There was a problem finishing the transfer from my previous carrier and Nick and Michael went out of their way to fix the problem and complete our transaction with minimal inconvenience to us. So far we are very happy with the phones and the service and would gladly recommend Boost Mobile to friends.

Had an issue with my service not working even after paying my phone bill. Michael came to the rescue and called customer service and did all the work around for me until we got it working again. Thank you Michael, it was VERY much appreciated and I will definitely be back for a phone upgrade!

Was trying g to get the refurbished iPhone 11 for my daughter and add a line coming from atat. They had a really hard time making it work with my number and phone plus wanted to charge me over $300 so I went to metro a got a brand new iPhone 11 for $100 bucks. Way easier over there

Had a bad experience there before so I was hesitant on going in there. When I went in there this time Deyliz was already helping someone else, as soon as she could she jumped to help me and get everyone else in the line that had started to form. She was very professional and knew the information and was very fluent in the langauge. I felt very taken care of and like she cared. Which is hard to get from a phone store. She's a gem.
