I have had a wonderful experience living in College Row for a year. Management is responsive, the staff is kind, and if you can afford the price (which is more affordable with more roommates), it is the most convenient housing on campus. The only complaint I have has been living next to the small gym, you can hear people working out very loudly at odd hours. Sometimes in the middle of the night, and at other times very early in the morning. I wish the staff would have done something about this, even though I believe the gym is supposed to close at certain hours.

College Row provides students with safe, engaging, and community-oriented housing. I am so glad I chose to live off-campus at College Row. Overall, it was a great experience.

Living in College Crow gives me the best feeling of living off-campus but still getting strong connection with the campus environment.

Definitely the best housing option for students looking to live off campus. The apartments are spacious, well furnished, and clean with walls thick enough that you usually cant hear other tenants or be heard yourself without an excessive amount of noise. The individual rooms are comfortable and easy to move around in, and the CROW staff are always polite and helpful.

My son lived in college row for two years. The apartment was adequate, however the corporation's response to the COVID crisis was inexcusable. We were forced to pay the full $2016.00 rent for an apartment that sat empty for two months. I called and emailed the local office at least 12 times but they had no power to make any decision. I was given the email for "corporate" and emailed them MANY times (beginning in March 2020). I finally got a call back in JULY (after sending one last rather nasty email), the response I got was "so sorry, it is not our policy, pay up in full, but we will be nice and not charge you any late fees. My husband and I were both out of work for several weeks due to the pandemic. I would never rent from this facility or any related facility again. SHAME on you!

Worst Place to live ever and worst experience in this school. Lived here over the course of two years. University does not allow student to rent on their own unless you are local. You are also forced to pay for the rent even if you move out because of the pandemic. Even if you don’t live here anymore you will be forced to pay the whole year. The apartment owner must have paid the school board off so students can’t live anywhere but pay for over priced apartments. Bedroom or bathroom were not cleaned when moving in. Washer pipe does not have a filter so water with dirt always stuck on your cloth. All the appliances were old and out dated. This place has received multiple complaints for ethical practice. Their manager Shannon has received countless complaints and reports, and left the job for a while but eventually returned. Please do consider twice before choosing to move here.
