This store rarely opens on time. Today, I was standing outside at 10:00 a.m. when the store was supposed to open, hoping to finish purchasing gifts for an angel tree and they never unlocked the doors. I called and spoke to the woman who answered and explained I needed to buy a large amount of clothing for children in need and she said they weren't ready to unlock the doors yet. I was ready to spend several hundred dollars but I will take my business elsewhere.

I like getting my boys clothes at Carter's. You can get some really good deals if you watch their sales. I took off a star because this location doesn't have carts...kind of a problem when you have a one year old and a baby. Probably if I could have focused more on my shopping instead of "where did 1 year old go now" and lugging my carseat around I would have bought more?

Great place for young kids clothing and accessories. Prices are great especially when there's always a sale. Very nice and helpful.

Love this place. Clothes a plenty at more than reasonable prices.bIve done a share on this wonderful place before and stand by it. It's our go to place for children's clothing. For now it's a new born and there is PLENTY there. The Holiday outfit are terrific.

The staff are friendly, and the baby clothes are reasonably priced. I wish there were more neutral colors of clothes.

They don't have a designated parking spot for their curbside orders, therefore they get you to park right in front of the store where it says no parking.

Very frustrating. Being understanding while short staffed is one thing, but hanging a sign that says "opening late and closing early" is not appropriate. At least give hours if you are going to modify a schedule. No idea when it is opening today so I wouldn't bother coming here.

The 2 star rating is for the pick up process at the Belmont location. Otherwise , I love everything about Carters.I went to pick up my online order and followed the instructions from the text I received.It says to park in the parking lot. Being that this is not the only store around I pulled in the closest parking spot across from store. ( approximately 35 steps from their front door).The girl brought my packages to my car.Now this is the first time I did the curbside pick up. And I did test positive for Covid 3 weeks before. I thanked her and then she turned back to me and said " next time, pull up in front of the store"!!. I was getting ready to tell her what the text said but she walked away. Maybe she was upset because it was raining, but she did have an umbrella.Maybe they should specify that in their instructions. It plainly said, Pull in parking lot and park.So to that salesgirl I would say " Sorry (not sorry) if your hair got wet or you had to walk too far for a service your employer offers for a reason."
