We own a small gym. We're always looking to upgrade our equipment offerings, but have a limited budget. We were able to buy several great pieces for an awesome price. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly loves the industry. We'll definitely be back soon!

I can’t say enough good things about Christian’s Fitness Factory. I have been purchasing home gym equipment from them since 2012 and have found them to be honest, priced fairly, and to have great customer service. Recently I purchased a used Precor AMT from them, and after a month began having problems. Christian and Len were on it! They came to my location multiple times to diagnose and fix the problem, no questions asked since it was a recent purchase. I have also purchased a beast rack (in 2012), 50-90 pound CFF fit dumbbells, a used Keiser spin bike from them, gym flooring, slam mats, and other small items from them. I would rate their quality, customer service, and pricing a 10 out of 10.K.H. – Mount Joy

In 2021 stumbled on this place and bought four 45s for a steal and a bar came back bought pro dumbells . Lou has always been helpful! Drove from Delaware no place like it! A must for garage gym owners.

Ex-employee here. Owner bragged about making a former female employee cry and threatened violence when we messed up an order. His family and partners talk down to you. Abusive workplace environment. If statutes hadn't expired, I would have sued.

I went to Walmart and target plenty of times trying to find weight plates. I googled today “weight plates for sale” and found this store. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They literally have everything!!! I will be back for more! Picked up 44lbs. The employee was really nice, knew what he was talking about, and even helped me carry the other plate to my car. Very satisfied!!!

During the height of COVID-19, when gyms were closed, and fitness equipment was not only hard to find, and selling at ridiculous premiums, finding a reputable seller for high-end, commercial grade equipment, at a fair price was not an easy task.I was in the market for a PreCore EFX elliptical machine, and in particular, I was looking for the same model that I'm used to using at the gym. When searching, I found CFF, which had several options for a purchase of this scale/scope, and I decided to reachout to them to ask some questions. To my very pleasant surprise, my first call was actually answered by Christian....owner of CFF. This wasn't something that I was expecting, and to be honest, it was impressive as first impressions are concerned.Christian was very helpful and within 3 days I committed to an online order of a 500lb elliptical machine...in PA...that needed to be shipped across the country (nearly 3000 miles).Over the course of 6 weeks, Christian secured a unit, had Andy and his small crew of service technicians service the unit and get it loaded and shipped. Communication with everyone was frequent, prompt, and casual. All questions I had were answered and I felt very confident in the purchase I was making.Through NO fault of CFF, the first unit arrived by UPS damaged. UPS took responsibility and I was really bummed, but I couldn't sign for the unit. I contact Christian and got an immediate response. To their credit, Christian sought out another unit, had Andy service it, and get it shipped as quickly as possible.As I previously mentioned, this was at the height of COVID-19, so I remained patient, and although CFF was hit with delay because of COVID, they still got the 2nd unit to me and within a few weeks. In total, from initial purchase to (successful delivery), the timeframe was about 8 weeks total. Very impressiveI can't say enough about how happy I am with the overall experience. CFF is NOT a large business, and I am a strong proponent of supporting small businesses. Having direct contact with Christian and his small team really made me feel like there was value added to the overall purchase.I would gladly make another purchase and recommend CFF to anyone looking for an honest business, that offers complete transparency about a purchase, and offers the best all around in terms of quality, care, and support.Service 10/10Support 10/10Communication 10/10Quality 10/10Honesty 10/10Transparency 10/10My thanks to CFF and the team!

Wish I had something good to say about this place and I also cannot come t on their customer service. Every time I have to take my son to Play It Again Sports I try to go in to check the place out. I have been there at different times of day numerous times between 2019-20. Every time...doors locked. I recheck the business hours every time just to verify. Maybe I am completely wrong and it’s by appointment only. But I’m done trying to take my business to a place that never seems to even be open.

Placed an order online for a bench--estimated shipping times were pretty quick even thought they noted a delay due to Covid 19. I came to CFF's website directly, even though I found them through Amazon, because wanted to support a small business. Checked status every day waiting for it to ship. 12 days later I got another email letting me know my order had been cancelled. No explanation, no response when I asked for one. In that time I could have ordered another bench elsewhere, but while I was waiting for this one they all seemed to sell out. Horrible experience--now I regret that I didn't order through Amazon, so I could leave this feedback there!

I've placed an order with them through amazon, and my order's been canceled 3 days before scheduled delivery. This was most likely done by amazon because this company did not confrm the order or provide any sort of feedback. Their website also will not let me submit a touble ticket.

I placed an order on 3/31 still no shipment information. I have emailed twice without a response and also commented on the Facebook post. I do understand the world is going through a pandemic but customer service is everything. I feel like the company is taking orders but not shipping products. I am guessing I need to dispute the charge with my bank.
