Oh boy! This is a doosey! Do NOT take a loan OR open an account with this horror show! My currant situation… they repossed a car that is paid current because I refused to pay 217 dollars to shut down the repo order that was caused by an error on THEIR end! I even have a signed affidavit stating that the car is paid up because I literally paid the same payments several times as they insist they have no record of payments. This stems from an incident a month after I bought the car where THEY added some insurance thing to my payment and I didn't even know it until 2 years into the loan! They did this saying I had no insurance when I certainly DID so they reversed those fees and removed that from my loan balance. They never reimbursed two years of late fees that accrued because of that mistake. It was showing partial payments since they were taking 50 of it for this insurance mistake! The whole loan got messed up and they couldn't figure any of it out! My credit took a HUGE hit because it was showing I NEVER made a payment on time due to THEIR mistake that was never fully rectified! They STILL are completely messed up and REFUSE to correct this! Instead they reposed a car that is paid up and only owe 5 more payments! They ruined my credit, took a car that is all but paid for and will not make right so now I need to get an attorney! If you have a loan with these CROOKS, PLEASE get a recipt after EVERY payment made because the game playing here to STEAL peoples cars is CRAZY! I NEVER experienced anything like this….. EVER! This is straight INSANE! Worst bank experience EVER! So grossly negligent and completely incapable of keeping records OR they remove your payment history so they can repo and sell your BMW for even more money or something! This feels like a total scam! This bank is not right! Unbelievable.*****UPDATE***** A VERY nice woman named Sheena actually did reach out to me and was very patient and professional and helped me get to the bottom of what happened with my loan. Hopefully I will have my car back soon and this will all be resolved. If you get the right person on any issues you may have with your banking, they DO try their best to understand and resolve things. Thank you Sheena! They need to clone you!☺️

Closed my account with this bank and weeks later was sent an email about an overdraft fee. According to them they didn’t close it properly. I’m so glad I switched banks!

Not the friendliest branch. On two occasions they were to call me back about banking products and never did. The other Lancaster location is much better regarding customer service!

This is one of the best Credit union with plenty of options for the customers and low APR rates. Everyone can find any loan with a good credit scores. I am proud to be a member of Citadel redit Union Member.

NO NO NO STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They charge $50.00 to mail a car title to another state so you can register it! They charge a fee every month when you make the car payment from another bank! They tell you they don't charge a fee but their 'outside software company' does! WTF! They hired this company not me!

Have been a member for 20+years n I have never had any issues with my account! They all r very helpful ,polite,ND pleasant when u call? I've dealt with several banks bfore finding Citadel, none compare AT ALL

The atm is down and you cant go in right now. This branch charges for things other branches do not,this place is so unhelpful.

No tellers. Everything is electronic. And only 2 machines. So now we have to do the tellers job to. What was the point of even putting this branch in. Harable. Staff included.

I will never use this firm again. They charged me $10,000 to purchase insurance because they felt our deductible was too high. Yet they accepted our insurance at the time we bought the vehicle and during our 2016 insurance renewal.

I've had a mixed experience here. Most of the tellers are super nice. One manager in particular was not very helpful when I had a reoccurring problem depositing large checks. Will be switching banks because they can't meet my business needs.
