A better name might be Contactless Bank or Callous Bank. Even my dog gives it a paws down as he always gets a dog biscuit at Fulton bank or Members 1st- not these cheapskates. Relationship forced upon me as CB bought my mortgage. Took a chance signing up for checking account with $300 promo. Ironically, Citizens "forgot" to deposit funds until I called. Then I needed to defend myself providing offer details, confirmation numbers, etc. I was told there was a (convenient) glitch in the system and that is why the $300 offer wasn't deposited. Hmmmm - would I have really gotten it if I hadn't fought for it? And forget depositing money for escrow. I was told an appt needs to be made as transaction cant be handled in lobby or deposit. Teller was lovely. She can't control 15 minute drive up waits due to not having a staff on a Sat am. Now, CB's mobile app is awesome, I'll give them that. Really the only redeeming feature. Can't wait to move away from a lackluster experience. Citizens Bank continues to disappoint.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT AlL !!!!!!!!The worst customer service and bank charges that would not normally be charged . And the join up promotion $300 for checking I never received and they keep saying we are checking on it 6 months later . As well as a friend . WORST BUSINESS I ever encountered!!!!!!!!!!!Ridiculously one of the worst experience place I ever accounted of . Also have barely any banks that have a customer service you can go in and visit . Just tellers ! Unbelievable!!!!! When you do get threw to a customer service they are unable to answer your questions !When I say HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!! It has to be bad !!!

There is never enough staff (even before Covid), the staff are poorly trained and can't manage basic tasks and the ATM is down way to often. They stopped cashing US Savings Bonds and wouldn't cash a check from a top NATIONAL INSURANCE company and got annoyed when I asked why? I'm going to move my accounts and refinance my mortgage with another bank. Can't stand this bank anymore.

Hard to park, hard to access, easy to damage your car going to the ATM, rude employees. Forget about the rates for your money because they don't pay very much. When exiting with your car you have to cross onto Lititz Pike and there is a large possibility you will end up in an accident.

I have been banking with this branch for the past 4 years now (since 2014) and I would never think about moving anywhere else. Customer service is at it's best. From the counter to the back end to the manager they all do their best to bring the best. Dont be surprised when you see the manager on the counter helping you.

Was a customer years ago -- personal and business-- but left due to poor customer service and faulty ATM. Recently had an excellent experience with customer service -- Tyler (?)-- who was attentive, helpful and offered information for future reference. Still disappointed with their ATM situation, however. The machine is down, literally, a quarter of the time, and it's serviced only once a week.

I've been a customer with this branch for 10 years. I was charged over $1200 for past business statements that I needed. This was a charge that other branches would waive for newer customers. After speaking to the branch manager, I was told that she can't do anything. Can't or won't?

The staff is extremely friendly, and very helpful. They took the time to make me feel welcomed, and to answer all my questions. I will look forward to banking with them in the future.
