Unfortunately 2 months ago my storage unit was sold out from under me. I asked him to contact the people that bought the unit just so I can get my important papers and my photos back. The material items are not a big deal. Yeah it hurts to lose it but they told me they would reach out and they would get back to me and they never did so no I would not trust this place. Yeah I know I owed 3 months, maybe four but I always paid it so unfortunately I've lost every single thing I've ever owned from childhood to adulthood

I just wanna say that this place is giving me the best. Outstanding customer service you can think of. I’m highly satisfied with the service here with the patients of this young man. He not only was patient. He was kind he was courteous just a friendly reminder of how we need to treat others when we’re under pressure, stress and discouragement And all that yesterday not only did he just give me hope but his patience help me pass the storm. I rented a storage unit over the summer, and it was easy to book it online, and when my daughter went to put things in storage the staff was very helpful. I worked with Mark, and he was super helpful.
