He was phenomenal. I've been working with Omar since 2005. He was efficient. He was very knowledgeable. He understood how the technology works. Whenever I had issues with my computer, he was able to fix it and explained it to me. He was always helpful.

The quality was fantastic. It was perfect. I would definitely use the service again. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I only pay for the hard drive and didn't have to buy a new computer.

My experience was wonderful. I am not a tech person and this was very easy to get done. Omar walked me through the process and my devices have never been better!! Fast turn around and couldn't be happier!!! Will definitely be using them in the future for any of my computer/tech issues.
