Generally I have been very happy with Costco. Usually I can count on them to sell me a quality product at a good price. This is not true at the pharmacy. I recently bought some One Touch Verio test stripes from the Pharmacy. They were $103.49 for 100. I remarked at the time that this was way more than I remembered paying.
So when I got home I did a search and found that CVS, Rite Aid, and Amazon all had the same stripes for about $0.50 each. They were 50% less than the Costco pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and explained the situation. They said the stripes can't be returned. I also went to the store and talked with the store manager. She said they don't control the pharmacy and there was nothing they could do. So the long and short of it is that I paid $50.00 more for the same product than i would have anywhere else, and they won't do anything for me.
I will continue shopping at Costco, but I sure won't go to the pharmacy again.

Prices are amazingly low. My insurance won’t cover one of my medications that I need on a daily basis. Costco saved me $3500 a month. The staff is great. With staff shortages in the industry and medication availabilities being a struggle they still take the time to make sure that Im well taken care of.

So I can’t really rate you. In the ads I see you’re supposed to fill pet prescriptions but when I called you all had absolutely no idea what I was calling about. It was a common cardiac drug. So I contacted my vet and using wedge wood pharmacy now. They were helpful and so spot in with the drug I needed for my dog. I had it filled within a week. So even tho I’m a member I will not use the pharmacy

Customer service at the pharmacy is non-existent!! Not properly stocking medication, discrimination, excuses and delays for pharmacist not ordering medications at correct time. Filing written report with Pharmacy Manager

Costco pharmacy is great. Most of the people know me by name. When I need advice or have a question, the pharmacists and staff have always been nice, knowledgeable, and patient. They provide the best price for almost all of my meds. Its a big pharmacy but they know me as an individual and not some number.

I don’t even know where to start. Horrible Customer Service! Just horrible! I ask nicely for a child vaccine for my child and the lady said sorry there’s only one vaccine we promise one of the customer it’s theirs. I even called the pharmacy do I need a appointment to take the vaccine few days ago! They said no in a rude way! Terrible people! Never coming back for that vaccine! Going somewhere else for the vaccine! ?

Someone (sorry, didn’t look at name/profile) left a review stating ‘they will charge whatever they can get, same as everyone else’ or words very close to that.I couldn’t disagree more. Costco in general has some of, if not the best pharmacy prices available anywhere in the US. But speaking from personal experience, as an uninsured person who needs a monthly RX that isn’t available generically and was not covered by any of multiple insurance plans available to me and, which, while already expensive was acquired by another drug company several years ago, which since they acquired it has raised the price over and over again to the point it is now more than double what it was before they purchased the rights to it. The pharmacists at my Costco pharmacy go out of their way to find me programs that are not available to general consumers (so not like Good RX or their ilk)which lower the cost to me by more than half, saving me literally hundreds per month. They are always nice and professional and it is well worth it to me to drive the hour to get there.Also, Costco does not make customers who only want to use their pharmacy be members in order to avail themselves of pharmacy access. Much as they have made a conscious decision to pay their workers a living wage, they seem to have also decided that they won’t screw the public on drug prices as many do.
