I wouldn't even give this Cvs pharmacist Mengba 1 star but I had to choose at least 1. I have been going to this location since August 2023 and never had a problem until a new pharmacist Meng started working there last month. She gave me trouble filling 1 of my scripts, I get about 10 medications a month. She lied to me and also said that Cvs is no longer filling telehealth prescriptions. I filed a complaint with cvs corporate and am transferring all my scripts to rite aid and will never go to cvs again.

Went in to purchase 2 items on late Christmas Eve morning (not right before closing, or immediately after opening). Cashier didn't even bother to reply to my hello (nor did her co-worker that was standing right beside her). Mumbled to ask if I had a CVS card, bagged my stuff, and literally left the bag lay right there where she bagged the items. Rather than handing it to me, or even laying it down closer to the edge of the counter I literally had to reach across the checkout counter to grab it. It was only about an arms reach length, but still an extremely rude, lazy way to treat a customer. My BF wished her a good holiday, and she mumbled a barely audible "you too", as if she couldn't be bothered. Zero effort, ugly attitude (and uncaring, ugly look on her face as well). Perhaps she'd be better suited for stocking, or some other position away from customers. No one wants to work holidays, but her complete lack of customer service, and passive aggressive ugliness was uncalled for.

The pharmacy techs here normally seem nice. However, they always seem understaffed and orders take upwards of two days to be filled. Drive through is randomly closed. They always have 5 people waiting on the phone (you can hear announcement inside on speakers). Basically always a line between 7am and 10pm. Usually expect a ten minute wait each time. Clearly understaffed, maybe if they paid their techs more than $20, which is basically minimum wage these days, they'd stick around and provide better service. Frankly I hope CVS stock continues to tank and they go out of business. I'm switching to mail order...

I got a special fluoride toothpaste and they gave me bubble gum flavored. I didn't realize it until I went to use it 3 weeks later. I didn't even open the box but they wouldn't let me exchange it for a mint flavor. They suck. I'll use another pharmacy for now on.

The workers seem like they hate their lives, which is understandable to a degree, but YIKES.. rather scary. No thanks!

Pharmacy is awful they don’t pick upThe phone. When you go there to get a prescription it’s not ready even though the prescription was sent in hrs and sometimes days before hand then you have to wait so they can fill it.

Pharmacy is terrible. More than once, my mother or I have gone to pick up RXs that should've been ready or that we received notification is ready, only to be told it is NOT ready. My Dr. has called in an RX at 9am, only to find that at 7pm it's not ready and they "dont have it yet" - until I start to complain, then suddenly they have it - BUT I must wait 20min for them to get it ready. SERIOUSLY? I'm transferring my regular RXs to a pharmacy right next to my new job, and they've had trouble reaching them to request the transfer. I just spent over 15min on hold before I even spoke to a human to try to move this along. Some of the employees are nice enough and try to be helpful, but the pharmacy in general is awful. I can only assume they are just so overworked and overwhelmed, but the customers/patients suffer for it.

Tell you your refill will be ready at a certain time then you wait in line for 10 minutes then they say it's not for another 15 minutes well its already 45 minutes after the time you said it would be ready. Seems like since Covid almost every place is going down hill.

Do not recommend. Absolutely ridiculous. Told prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. Stood in the pharmacy for over an hour before finally leaving because the line to talk to the employees grew so long. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Don't lie to your customers.

Not very helpful, don’t answer the phone unless you wait over 30 minutes at least, and are not accommodating. The store itself is okay, but the pharmacy is a mess. You will likely have better luck at another location

Ran out of two prescriptions days ago. I have auto refill with 90 day prescriptions. Usually get notifications they are ready day of or day after I am out. Waited two days. Called and got automated system that said prescriptions were in process of being refilled. Tried to talk to pharmacy only to be on hold two times for over twenty minutes with no one answering so I gave up. Tried the same today. Again on hold over twenty minutes with no one answering! Time to change Pharmacies.

They used to be good but lately when I go in to pick up prescriptions there’s a line down the aisle, some of the workers in the pharmacy do not seem competent, make me wait an unreasonable amount of time and do not notify me when prescriptions are called in, and they have lost my prescriptions before. Very frustrating experiences with this pharmacy and staff.

The service, communication, and atmosphere here can only be described as Corporate Grotesque. The people here are clearly trying and are hampered by the pure corporate greed that would overload this staff and prevent the hiring of more empathic folks with problem solving skills and a desire to serve others well. CVS just bought out a local pharmacy and added that load to these people when these people clearly struggled with the load they already had. When my drug money is going to shareholders instead of employees who deserve it, then it is time for me to take my money elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

this is by far the worst pharmacy imaginable. They do not answer phones whatsoever. They are extremely rude. They do not fill the meds I’m out of, but double fill other meds. I’ve never dealt with a pharmacy so unorganized. This place is hell. Lines are always massive for pharmacy pick up, because the people behind the counter are absolutely clueless.
