Literally the most incompetent CVS I have ever been to. Every prescription is out of stock when I first order it. Other CVS in the area always have what I need though. Then, they tell you your prescription is ready and it never is. And every single time I’ve ever been here, they’re having an issue with something. They move sooooo slow, as if they literally have nothing to do. I gave them 2 months to see if things improved and it only got worse. I just transferred all my prescriptions to Rite Aid. It’s a shame because I just moved to Lancaster, and I’ve dealt with CVS for years. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

I was shocked by the way Demetrius, the pharmacist, treated a customer who only spoke Spanish. Instead of showing patience or attempting to assist, he raised his voice and rudely yelled at the customer to sign their name. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for someone in a customer-facing role, especially in healthcare. Everyone deserves respect, regardless of the language they speak. I would not recommend dealing with him if you expect kindness and professionalism

The drive thru is never available for people with special needs. Someone in there hung up on me and told me everyone needs their medication. If her job is to serve, she is definitely in the wrong career field. I ask to speak to someone that is higher than the pharmacist and he told me there isn’t anyone. I couldn’t get an email or a phone number. I still haven’t received my meds. I’m hoping someone contacts me because what is happening in there is wrong.

This CVS refused my mother who has medical conditions, to be allowed to use a restroom while waiting for a prescription in line. She urinated on herself in the store and they made her stand over it in embarrassment while they got a cone and offered her napkins. Extremely inhumane and has caused her great depression and embarrassment since the incident!!!! Completely uncalled for and absolutely ridiculous 😠

It is incredibly poor customer service to shut down the entire pharmacy so everyone of the six staff members I noticed behind the counter can all go to lunch at the same time! Ridiculous! You can't figure out a way to alternate personnel so that you can continue to assist customers who may be on their lunch hours and in need of picking up a prescription?! Nothing could be more anti-customer service than that! Not to mention a gross display of poor time management on your part!

I stopped in the CVS on Lemon Street today. I don’t usually go to this one. The cashier didn’t say hello. Didn’t even smile or say thank you. She needs to go to a customer service class because she definitely needs it.

This is my pharmacy I use for everything. The pharmacist working there during the day is compassionate, caring and takes the time to help you with anything you need. His name is Ethan Adams and I stay with this pharmacy because of him and his outstanding customer service. Thank you Ethan!!

People shouldn’t be able to put others through this!….. I’ve been coming to this Pharmacy for ages. I haven’t had issues until this point. The pharmacist Mason had told me yesterday to come in today when it could be filled. Got here today and he told me tomorrow. I spent 25$ on an Uber. So he wasted my money. Due to sitting here all day waiting for somebody to call him back. I missed all the buses going to Walmart so I can get toiletries. My storage unit was robbed and I have a case number. I was in the middle of a move. Was waiting for Pinellas county sheriff to call back and confirm. So now I gotta spend an extra $10 just to get to Walmart and then another 25 to get home. I don’t appreciate people wasting my money and time when I’m homeless for the first time in my life. I have enough struggles. I had an accident in the end of December that caused my homelessness and a lawsuit pending. And I have to put this online for people to see is embarrassing enough. People need to be stopped that do this.

I will start by saying, The female store manager and staff were very helpful and professional. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy before leaving that location on 2/15/2024. I gave 4 stars because the pharmacy service is definitely the issue at the location. They never have anything ready for pickup no matter how far in advance you call to let them know you are on the way to pick up. The front desk lady was nice though. Lets get on the ball CVS Pharmacy staff. Thank you
