Horrible service. They keep pushing the app, but it doesn't show real time information. Trying to get information from them is like pulling teeth over the phone as they don't know how to listen. That is if you actually can talk to them as you wait 30 minutes+ to talk to them and then they wonder why people are short with them. There is a reason they have a low rating. Maybe if the knew that people get short when you don't answer their questions about scripts that they NEED.

Went in to pick up prescriptions, the guy waiting on me looked up my information, then proceeded to go to a coworker and show them stuff on their phone before getting my prescriptions, came over to register and stood there scrolling through Facebook while ringing me out... ridiculous!

Probably the best pharmacy in the United States. I go in for drugs and I come out with drugs, perfection. Unfortunately they no longer sell cigarettes but they do have condoms, mints and condiments.

My scripts were all 90 day refills until this year. My coverage changed and now I have pay for scripts, CVS changed my refills from 90 days to 20 days with out authorization from me or my doctor. Unsure if this is illegal but I am certain it is unethical. If you have the option take all your business away from CVS based on operating unethicaly. If any one knows if this is illegal please let me know

I usually don't complain. If any problems should happen to arise the pharmacist has always helped to resolve the problem.
My complaint is with a staff member. She is Asian and can barely speak English. And I am serious! I asked her to let me know what medications were ready to be filled so I could come down and get them. First she gave me a hard time. she didn't want to help me, then She rambled off medications that No one would be able to understand! I will go to cvs and get the info inperson and wait for them to be filled. But Im going to contact the regional office. Someone who can not speak English should NOT be behind the counter speaking to customers about medications she can't pronounce!!!

I ordered 3 grinch cups,they never arrived, sent them to texas,no reply from cvs no email about refund ,ups saidcups where smashed in box ,damage,went to texas facilities. So where is refund of almost 40.00 dollars .bad business. Grinch cups.......3 where is refund???? Nice to receive email

Everyone in the pharmacy was very helpful! Very refreshing for CVS! This crew was really exceptional, went above and beyond.
After a rough day I was not looking forward to having to stop at the pharmacy but I could not have been more please.

We made an appointment for a covid test, only to be told they don't do this anymore once we arrived for our appointment. Your sign for covid testing is still up in the drive thru. And your website still makes appointments for testing. Why? Ridiculous.

The pharmacy was closed far earlier than it should be. Some people can only pick up their prescription after a certain time.
