Bad service. Make you wait in counter for longtime even though there is only one customer ahead of you. Looks like the staffs don’t know what they are doing. Trying to get some help for photo center and the employee said there was an error message and I can not print my passport photo. But I found a work around on my own and took a print out. After which I had to wait for over 5 minutes at the register to pay for the prints I took. Got fed up made self checkout and left. God knows how long I had to wait if I had waited at the register and needed some help at the photo center. Hire better employees and train them well before you place them at the store.

They filled my daughter’s medication incorrectly two times. I caught it the second time and when I tried to sort it out with them one team member immediately became hostile and accused me of lying. (Why would I lie?) they told me the would “check the cameras”. It was rude and disrespectful. I had to repeat myself over and over again for them to understand what the prescription was and what the error was that they made. Needless to say I’m taking my business elsewhere and getting the prescriptions transferred to a different - non cvs- pharmacy. I also reported the medication error to my daughter’s doctor.

Constantly have errors on prescriptions causing refill delays. Staff is extremely rude.

Called with an important question about a prescription. Asked the automated system to speak with pharmacy staff and was immediately dropped into a voice mail system that said please leave name, number and reason for call and most calls are returned in about an hour! Their customer service is ridiculously lacking.

The CVS on Oregon Pike is a very good place to handle our pharmaceutical needs. Both my husband and I are on a multitude of medications. CVS reminds us when our medications are available for pickup. They also offer delivery. They are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Pharmacy to all who need these services.

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have seen. Staff is unconcerned and not conscientious. A full bottle they sold me was short of pills, and they advised ME to call the factory. It did not seem to concern them, or they were too dense to realize that the error at the factory could result in pill shortage in other bottles.

Everytime I have come to this CVS, the trash cans outside have been over flowed and the trash has piled onto the side walk and parking lot. I decided to finally tell an employee about this and all she did was roll her eyes at me and say “ok thank you” and got back to stocking her shelves. I decided to let it go and when I got back into my car (which is right in-front of the over flowing trash can) two employees walked out of the building, past the trash can, and just stood next to the trash can vaping and then went back inside. Later that day as I was passing the CVS, i noticed the trash can looked the same and was still not taken care of. It’s just ridiculous that not one employee can take 5 min from their day to take care of the trash. It’s so disgusting, it’s littering and it needs to be taken care of.

I’m getting sick and tired of this pharmacy being very understaffed and providing such slow service. I always get notifications on my phone when my prescription is ready for pickup, and it feels like whenever I have time to stop in to get my medications, they are on lunch break. I also always get delayed waiting behind old people in line who have nothing better to do but make conversation with the employees, which is super annoying. Tonight, I drove all the way to CVS for nothing only to find out that the pharmacy is closed. This location needs to rotate better. PLEASE HIRE MORE WORKERS!

They quit accepting Tricare military retiree plans! Now, we have to go to Walgreens or do home delivery.

CVS is my primary location for prescription needs. Please hire more pharmacy workers. It is not uncommon to wait 20 to 30 minutes in the drive-thru lane to pick up a prescription that has been called in by one's doctor. At the CVS location that I use there's a two-lane drive-thru for pickup but they only use one because they are understaffed. Recently I went there to pick up a prescription and I was told at the window to please come in because too many people called out sick and we don't have anyone to work the drive through. Going inside is not much better. It appears there's only one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech and then two counter clerks, but they just cannot keep up with the volume. So as a result your customers have to wait to get their prescription that is already filled and just waiting for pick up.I know this is not a matter of money for CVS because CVS has expanded all across the country and in the process is causing the closing of all little local pharmacies as well as Rite Aid in Pennsylvania. Please don't do what Walmart does... which is to say, they really don't care about the customer. they never have enough lines open. and on a good day the lines are down the aisles.... and that could be any season of the year not just Christmas.Does seem that CVS is going that way as well. You've put in self-serve check out machines which while somewhat convenient for the customer, you are putting clerks out of work by doing this. And I know that's the reason why you install them. It has nothing to do with customer service. So instead of hiring more clerks behind the counter, you want us to be the clerk for nothing and do the self checkout.CVS is huge now, but so was Rite Aid and K-Mart before they lost customers. Beware!

Their pharmacy system is extremely confusing and the app is barely functional. Staff is nice but I've been told some very misleading things about their system that caused me a lot of confusion and stress.

Wow! after Today's experience, and seeing the reviews posted, I am compelled to post this for the Pharmacy, and the Store. On behalf of my Parents, and for myself, I've been a Customer at this CVS on Oregon Pike since it opened. We were transferred from the Olde Hickory Pharmacy when they were acquired by CVS...We've always been treated well, and professionally!!! Today as an example, as busy as the Pharmacy can be, Pharmacist Troung Bui took the time to research and re-do a prescription for my 92 y.o. that seemed to be causing allergic and other side-effects from a drug supplied from another manufacturer. Troung reviewed history of prescriptions and re-did with drugs from the supplier that previously caused no side effects, and did so in a timely, personable, professional and expeditious manner. Nurses and assistants have always been helpful, personable, professional, and often proactive asking questions particularly about any possible allergies and sensitivities....Store clerks and managers have also always been helpful and professional in my experience. 5-stars and job well done is MY experience! THANK YOU! PLEASE KEEP ON!

This review is actually from Sandra Beakes, who will become a former customer at this CVS. I have had my prescriptions filled and refilled here since December 2022 and the pharmacy staff is one of the rudest I have ever encountered. Customer service is terrible. One of my Drs. Nurses said how she hates dealing with them. So it's not just customers who are treated poorly. I will be calling all my doctors today to have my pharmacy changed.
