Important meds were called in 3pm. I drove over SICK AND UNWELL and very pregnant AT 7PM, waiting in drive through line for 15 minutes, to be told at the window finally that they’re “still working on it it’ll be 15 minutes” RIDICULOUS.

Called for prescription records for the military, very rude and impatient. I was yelled at told to get a life then hung up on. Worst customer service I've ever experience. Yall suck truly!!

Lines are ridiculous, never have insurance stuff figured out and they never have it ready because they always have questions, so then you have to get back in line later. Go to Smithgall’s Pharmacy instead and support local! Can call on your way and they’ll have refills ready in 15 min and they’re super nice!!

I myself have not had a "bad" experience there. As drugstores go, it is no worse than any other. I stopped going to the CVS at Target on route 30 because they were absolutely horrible since the new crew took over...

Dangerous med error made. Put someone else's drugs in a bottle marked for my wife. When i called the pharmacy assured me I was wrong. I even went to the store to check again and they acted like I was crazy only to get a call later to admit their mistake. Good thing we didn't take one . Worst part, they have yet to apologize! They are arrogant and this should be treated with as much seriousness as a med error in hospital !!

I will repeat what EARNEST W said in his review "I'm so sorry to report that this is a very unprofessional place, both at the pharmacy in the back and at the front counter. There are way too many other excellent options in the community to waste your time here." Serious med error made by giving me someone else's drug with my pickup and the 2 bottles actually had our name on it. UNBELIEVEABLE. The worse part was the way the pharmacy handled it, which I won't go into detail. My wife almost took someone else's drugs !!!!

3rd time this month my mom calls to see if her medication is there, they say the do, and 3x I drive her there and they dont have it! She talked to someone in the pharmacy. Get it together CVS!

Came up to check my blood pressure and to my surprise that there is no station from doing that can't believe that the one on Lincoln hwy at Bridgeport got one and Walmart does

The WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. Both the clerk at the pharmacy and the pharmacist were extremely rude every time I call. I was amazed that someone actually answered the phone the last time I called. I came to write them a horrible review and see there are MANY other customers who feel the same way as me. I am going to switch my pharmacy. This is the worst cvs pharmacy I have ever been to. That’s really a shame because I have always gone to cvs for my prescriptions.
