I will repeat what EARNEST W said in his review "I'm so sorry to report that this is a very unprofessional place, both at the pharmacy in the back and at the front counter. There are way too many other excellent options in the community to waste your time here." Serious med error made by giving me someone else's drug with my pickup and the 2 bottles actually had our name on it. UNBELIEVEABLE. The worse part was the way the pharmacy handled it, which I won't go into detail. My wife almost took someone else's drugs !!!!

3rd time this month my mom calls to see if her medication is there, they say the do, and 3x I drive her there and they dont have it! She talked to someone in the pharmacy. Get it together CVS!

Came up to check my blood pressure and to my surprise that there is no station from doing that can't believe that the one on Lincoln hwy at Bridgeport got one and Walmart does

The WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. Both the clerk at the pharmacy and the pharmacist were extremely rude every time I call. I was amazed that someone actually answered the phone the last time I called. I came to write them a horrible review and see there are MANY other customers who feel the same way as me. I am going to switch my pharmacy. This is the worst cvs pharmacy I have ever been to. That’s really a shame because I have always gone to cvs for my prescriptions.

What a joke of a pharmacy. Called to make sure my prescriptions would be ready for pickup. Called at 9am. Clerk said they would be ready in 20 minutes. Went at 6 pm. Waited in huge line, as usual, to be told it would be another half hour. What a joke?

Wish I could give a 0 review for the pharmacy. Worst CVS I've ever gone to. Switched all my scripts to Rite Aid, just to not deal with the incompetency at this pharmacy, the corporate direction they are given. No wonder why they are on the verge of bankruptcy!

Kim Johnson PharmD humiliated me in front of all her staff and customers as I was running out of psych meds. These meds keep me from killing myself. She should not be doing this to patients. It’s despicable.I’m going to immediately stop taking the medication we discussed. Kim Johnson’s complete lack of understanding of my situation shows gross incompetence. I cannot continue to take a drug if I have none of it. I made this exhaustively clear. Kim took the opportunity to humiliate me for my lack of insurance by telling me to go get some more knowing It was unaffordable. I will flush this drug from my system and consult with a better pharmacist to determine on that they are able to fill. If I die as a result of side effects Kim Johnson outright refused to discuss she will be liable for malpractice. In addition CVS as a whole will be sued by surviving family. This is extremely irresponsible.

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the region. They apparently hate their job and good luck ever getting them to answer the phone. When you call the main store they are very nice but inform you that they can't help you and just send you back to wait on hold. This morning it was over 30min a I gave up. Filing a complaint with the FDA now.

It I could leave 0 I would. Pharmacy is terrible. They literally ignore the phones. I’ve witnessed it. Treat customers very poorly. Won’t fill scripts. I feel bad for the retirement community that has to rely on this pharmacy and the uncaring staff working there.

Do not send your prescriptions here! They are understaffed and the staff that is working there is never helpful and very rude. Don't even think about calling with a question for the pharmacist because you will wait on hold for almost 30 min and be hung up on. (This happened MULTIPLE times.) Even when you do get ahold of someone, they are never helpful and make you feel like you are being a bother to them. If they are too short staffed to even pick up a phone or fill a prescription, maybe they shouldn't offer the flu or COVID vaccine at this location until they have more help. DO NOT GO HERE!

Sad to say I've had a couple of pick up times and my prescriptions were not ready-very disturbing since one was a 3 day wait and another told a specific time and 3 hours later still not filled. What's going on with this pharmacy?

The CVS retail store in Willow Street is excellent, managed by a gentleman named Jared. He has been with CVS for years and does a wonderful job with product availability and he himself and his employees are helpful and courteous. The unfortunate situation is, it’s the total opposite within the pharmacy. Not sure why the pharmacy can be so far behind with filling prescriptions, an automated system so mixed up, and several employees get away with being rude to waiting customers, probably all caused by poor management within the store’s pharmacy.Sadly it’s hurting the entire store.

It takes anywhere from 25 to 45 minutes to get/pick up a prescription. The lines are always too long. There are not enough people to staff the needs of custormers. I am looking for another pharmacy that is more efficient. My last prescription was not ready for 2 days after it was supposed to be ready. Why?
