i had to get a prescription filled here even though i dont care for cvs. I went to centerville store and was treated very rudely. i finally got to the counter and the gal went to fridge to get my RX .. She said that will be 1200$. i just looked at her because i knew i had prior approval.. I asked so my insurance didnt pay anything? She said we dont have any on file. She rudely told me to wait over there and someone would look into it. I have never been treated so rudely. It was humiliating.

Went around 10pm, online said closed at 11 and the sign on the front door said they closed at 11 but yet no one was there and doors were locked. Extremely frustrating when signs aren’t updated.

I have never had a bad experience at the Centerville Rd CVS and must add how wonderful they were today. We were on our way to lunch to meet my kids' grandparents, who flew in from across the country to see us. We were due to meet them in less half an hour and I realized my son's epi pen was expired. He has multiple food allergies and is never to be without it, especially when eating out. There was no time to drive home and get his more current epi, but we happened to be driving right past CVS I decided to stop and see if a script could be filled. Yes, they could and would hurry it along, but no refills were on file. I called my dr office, they rushed in a refill and the tech at the pharmacy not only helped me get the refill authorized by telling me which steps would make the process faster, she made sure it was filled immediately. Less than 10 minutes and I walking out the door with an epi pen. No it was not an emergency but it would have been reckless to have him eat at a restaurant without his epi. Everything that was MY fault for being unprepared, they handled with kindness and haste. This is not the first time I have had quick and great service at this CVS, the Centerville Rd team is amazing.

Other than convenient location not sure why people would go here. Like most CVS locations
service is lacking. Ben was yelling at all that the sign said to use self serve register. Glad he had to work when my order and other customers required him to go to the register.

I used the bathroom while I was in the store. So dirty. Apparently no one cleans. I will use another CVS for shopping.

CVS Pharmacy your store located at 630 Centerville Road in Lancaster PA is always a dissappointment! They close their pharmacy early all the time and are very rude. The people that work there tell everyone your business and what prescriptions you are taking and I am sick of it. You have lost my business after one too many times of screwing up. I am sorry me getting my medication is an emergency, not the pharmacist leaving early’ I arrived at 4:00pm and they were to close at 5! To say I am mad at this is and understatement. Training and a revamp of that entire store is needed. Do better for your customers! One star is too much to actually give but I had to do something to leave a review. I wish I had check them before because your ratings are terrible.

Waited over 20 minutes to take a passport photo. This store is badly understaffed. Self check out is destroying customer service. I spent $88 on toiletries and still zero service. CVS, do better.

This place is the worst. If you need prescriptions there is usually 1 person filling and 3 looking at them. If you need checkout help in the front, there is never anyone to be found. When they do find someone to help you, it's usually someone who has an attitude of a 4 year old that needs a nap. If you have medical needs, do not go here . You are going to die before you get helped.

Awful, I was 3rd person in line and still waiting after 15 minutes. Line grew out around the cards. There was a problem with the customers as order and instead of moving them aside we all had to wait and when I left they were still trying to figure it out. There was a person at the drive window and only one at the register. This is not the fault of the associate. I do understand customer service. Why have 3 register when only using one. I know help is hard to find...thank you.

It was a bit of a harrowing experience. I sensed some unhappiness in the air, perhaps due to the passive-aggressive comments being made. I wasn't aware then, but my daughter had placed some chocolate in our wagon. The cashier noticed this and brought it to our attention, which initially felt like an accusation of theft. Another employee also commented on the cost of the chocolates, which made me feel uncomfortable. Although I had planned on buying the chocolates, I decided to put them back and not give the store any further business.

The worst pharmacy experience ever. I was disappointed to learn at the beginning of 2024 I would need to use CVS for my healthcare benefits. I did not have good experiences in the past when I had to use them for one time prescriptions. Today I had the most unprofessional service from a woman at Centerville. If it wasn't for Brandon the pharmacist who saved the day I might have exploded! Deplorable service. Yes I know they are overworked, I blame management for that but to hire people who do not care about customer service is disgraceful. It's a shame all the small independent pharmacies were driven out of business by these people. NO STARS AT ALL!

They have very little to nothing in stock at this location. Best to find a different location.
