The worst pharmacy experience ever. I was disappointed to learn at the beginning of 2024 I would need to use CVS for my healthcare benefits. I did not have good experiences in the past when I had to use them for one time prescriptions. Today I had the most unprofessional service from a woman at Centerville. If it wasn't for Brandon the pharmacist who saved the day I might have exploded! Deplorable service. Yes I know they are overworked, I blame management for that but to hire people who do not care about customer service is disgraceful. It's a shame all the small independent pharmacies were driven out of business by these people. NO STARS AT ALL!

They have very little to nothing in stock at this location. Best to find a different location.

Second time in a row I was notified that a prescription had been filed, went to pick it up hours later, still not ready. Last time we were in a guy behind the counter had his hand down his pants.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have had to wait an average of 4-6 days to get a prescription filled. The last time was a prescription that could not be delayed. I could not get in contact with the pharmacy and finally just called into corporate. They resolved the issue quickly and my prescription was filled in 30 minutes. I will NEVER be going back.

I would give the CVS pharmacy negative stars if I could. I’ve been here six different times to try to pick up my prescription, and the line is either hours long or they’re closed in the middle of the day. Nobody has this kind of time to spend trying to get the medicine they need. Don’t waste your time here!

There’s plenty of staff not helping anyone, but they’re too busy to help you. They are all rude. Save yourself the terrible experience of dealing with some extremely rude staff and go to the Weis down the road.

Short staffed, cannot retain staff, 3 weeks behind on filling scripts, online ordering encouraged but drop-offs seem to be prioritized. Entire pharmacy closes 1/2 hr for lunchtime.

I know this is cliché, but if I could give zero stars, I would. I came into the store for a prescription. They told me 45 minutes till it was filled. I came back two hours later and what do you know it’s not done came back the next day about 30 hours later after getting a text, saying my prescription was filled and it is still not done. A one star rating is generous.

Absolute WORST pharmacy. Actually worse then Walmart, which I didn't think was possible. The people are wonderful at CVS. The employees are NOT the problem. This is 100% CVS management & corporate problem. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. My medication has been "processing" for over a WEEK! I have chronic auro migraines. I need my medicine immediately. It is the responsibility of the pharmacy to fill.it. This happened LAST month with a medicine that has DEADLY side affects that wasn't filled and I had to go and tell them to fill it. This particular medicine can cause suicide when skipped. I had skipped it for for 3 days bc it was "processing" for days. Why didn't I call? Oh I did, many times. No one answered the phone bc it was so busy. I am DISGUSTED that CVS management is leaving this store in disarray, and not employing more people. Even the window has been shut down. Do better CVS.

I think this Pharmacy should just be closed down. I feel like I'm forced to argue Everytime I am there. They're short staffed and I'm just there to pick up a script, but it always is a negative experience. When you have customers and pharmacists openly arguing in the store, literally Everytime I am there. It's not the customers in the wrong or the staff, it's improperly managed and it's creating a horrible atmosphere!

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I had a dr appointment today at 3pm. Had a prescription sent over. Go to the pharmacy at 6:45pm to be told it wasn't done yet... ok... told 15-20 minute wait. Ok... so I walk around , make my way back to the pharmacy after 30 minutes to find out it had been ready, they never called our name...Then to receive terrible service from the kid at the counter, he was incredibly rude and should not be working in the pharmacy. My husband was even taken back by the way this kid snapped. After tonight we are 100% switching pharmacies.

I’m done complaining about this pharmacy. Time to get my scripts transferred. Always short staffed. Always rude. RXs never ready when they say. You always have to wait or come back the next day.My expedited prescription was supposed to be ready yesterday. I knew better and gave them an extra day. Went in to pick up and they said they are very short staffed and over a week behind. Pharmacist said to call tomorrow to ask them to get it ready. I said I guess I’d start calling at 6 am because you can never get through.Absolutely terrible. Corporate needs to do something about this location.

This pharmacy is a joke. The employees are nice, but they are always understaffed. Prescriptions not ready for days after phone in regularly. I live right across the street… but I’m going to switch to another pharmacy because I don’t have time for this.Hopefully this CVS closes and gets replaced by a business that understands appropriate staff levels.

Wife was to start a new prescription, and start on a antibiotic. Doctor called it in around 10 AM CVS sent text that it would be ready at 2:30pm. Then got another text that it was delayed. Tried calling next day no answer . After two days of waiting I finally called the corporate phone number for the pharmacy, and they said they will call the store and find out what going on. Was on hold until they came back and said the prescription will be ready with in an hour. Why does it take you to call corporate the lite a fire under their butt to do their job. Antibiotic was for a sinus infection. Thank God it didn't get worse with out the medication. We are done with CVS and going to another pharmacy for our meds. So if you have problems with prescription call the corporate office to get action. I told them that there is a problem with that store after reading comments about this store. Maybe they don't care either. We will not even patronize this store for any OTC meds.

I don't know what happened to this pharmacy but in the last month it appears they fired all their good employees and replaced them with incompetent ones. I receive text messages the "script is in progress" and it doesn't get filled. What I have to do now is go to the store in person, stand in line, ask them what the delay is, and they tell me they will have it filled in 15 to 30 min. So its appears that scripts are not being filled in advance to be ready for pickup. I also notice the lines have gotten longer as I am sure I am not the only person experiencing this. Are all CVS's like this now or is it just this particular store?
