It would be nice if they were actually open during business hours. I've tried 3 xs to get an emergent prescription and they are closed even though their posted hours say they are open.

Never meds ready, staff is not helpful and dont care about the people. Now the other issue is they are out of stock most of the time.

This pharm was fabulous from the time it opened until recently. The ladies that ran the place were awesome. I’m not sure why they quit but if the way the place is run now is any indication I thank them for hanging in there. Now the pharmacist hides behind the wall when there is a line, it seems understaffed and more staff seem unhappy. I used to talk this pharmacy up as compared to the other CVS pharmacies who were just down right rude. Shame on you CVS!

Had a vaccine appointment here that I scheduled weeks in advance, and while I was waiting in line EARLY, the pharmacist CANCELLED IT for no reason. Showed her the cancelation email I just got with the scheduled time still yet to arrive and she was speechless! Rebooked at a different location after waiting to see if it could be reversed. Ending up leaving angry. Absolutely horrible experience and never using this location again.

Don’t know where the two girls that were there a long time went they were so nice an pleasant but the new staff now are so unsocialable ;never ask if you have any questions an take their good old time waiting on you when they see you standing there. needs a class on how personality!!

Terrible service from everyone I’ve dealt with here recently. Previous staff was incredible. Now It’s a dreadful experience every time. Medication is never ready. If you have questions they are unhelpful and dismissive. The staff is unpleasant and there is never a sense of urgency. I’ve stood in line and observed as they treat everyone in the same awful manner. Whether in person or calling in, you’ll be getting a healthy dose of attitude.

Never open on time. Never have scripts filled. Only have maybe 2 people at most working. Never answer the phone. Long long lines waiting. And more waiting. What happened????

This used to be an awesome pharmacy. Staff was friendly and helpful. I never worried about my prescriptions being ready on time. You could call and actually speak with someone. Now that they have a different staff every time I visit, the service is horrible. I fear my prescriptions are not going to be ready every month. No one answers the phone…even the provider line. When I go there the staff is rude and uncaring and the place looks like a nuclear bomb went off. There has to be someone somewhere from the corporate level needs to see this place. IF I can get my medications this month…I have two days left and all I can find out is that my prescriptions are “in process”…I’m moving my prescriptions somewhere else and will never visit this place again!!

CVS Pharmacy at Target doesn't operate during their stated open hours. And when they are open, there is limited staff to handle the volume of customers. Very poor experience.

They never pick up the phone. Even when the doctor called about a prescription for me. I tried as well, and they never picked up. Very unprofessional.

Came to pick up a prescription at 635pm, an itbwas closed. Sign says open from 9am till 7pm. If you can't find help, please update your hours of business.
Edit: I came back the next morning at 9am, their posted opening time of business. Waited until 930am, and they still weren't open. We will be going elsewhere in the future.

My wife stood in line for 40 minutes last Thursday to pick up a prescription refill, and then today I showed up at 6:00pm to pick up my refill only to find the pharmacy closed early. I received a text reminder from you yesterday with a link that indicated the pharmacy closes at 7pm Monday through Friday.
