I just switched to CVS from Walgreens about a year ago. My neighbor told me, the hours are longer, good customer service and definitely closer to where I live. I submitted a prescription 4 days ago, so it would be ready today. The pharmacist had 4 days to have it ready along with 2 others I had to get. In all the years of filling a prescription, I Never had it be a day over. When I called the pharmacist, she just kept screaming at me. Hopped in my car and drove over, in person she told me, I can get this script 2 days early??? Something fishy, never had this particular prescription go a day later than prescribed by my doctor.

I just switched my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS and couldn’t be more pleased. It was seamless and quickly completed w/o a hiccup. All refills have been accurate and on time.

The pharmacy folks were awesome. I had an urgent situation with a prescription need and upon receiving the script from my doctor the pharmacy staff advised me as to how it could be filled, quickly filled it and I was on my way. They were helpful, kind and very professional.

Dumping CVS my script has been sitting there for five days. When asked, no excuse other than we are backed up.this is unacceptable, people rely on the meds from them but can't get them. If your insurance allows it go somewhere else.

0n 2/23/23 just prior to their lunch break I called from out of state/sick/was having a family member get my meds together to be brought to me by another family member (a trucker) I came across THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST YOUNG FEMALE on the other end of the phone who seemed to THINK she was”cool”/above me! REFUSED to help because I called to close to lunch ( I actually called ahead but I was on hold FOR A VERY LONG TIME). I PLEADED with her for help! I called a manager who was of some help or at least tried but… my order “conviently” got messed up \\u0026 was shoved WAY behind my place in line. She also just happened to suddenly “ lose phone connection” with me when I could hear her just FINE as she chuckled to a co-worker stating “FORGET THIS SHIT” she can call back AFTER LUNCH as she HUNG UP ON ME “ ACCIDENTALLY”. Of course I called right back but… they phones were done until after lunch!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS CVS AT ALL COST! If she acts like this on the phone, I can only imagine her behavior in person!! I’ve been a CVS customer since way back when they bought out my local rite-aid in New Holland \\u0026 transferred to that branch so I’ve been a customer OVER 20 YEARS at several area branches and NEVER GOT TREATED SO HORRIBLE IN MY LIFE!!! STAY AWAY… I wish I could leave negative stars for her behavior!!! I DO BELIEVE ITS TIME TO FIND A DIFFERENT PHARMACY.

Would’ve really been ideal to know the pharmacy closes between 1:30-1pm. Not listed on the CVS site or the app or Google. Waited in the drive thru to get an rx and was met with a sign taped to the call box that they’d be closed. It was 1:31. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

During COVID or not this is the closest but by far my least favorite CVS. Rarely have the stuff you call in done in time, auto refill all your meds without asking TWO weeks before you need them. I was told that high price for one med was due to my insurance not them, yet I could get it for 2/3 the price at Walmart...sure, not your markup. I've gotten bottles of controlled substances with the wrong doctor's name on it which can create all kinds of problems these days. Also, I get all my meds at this location and yet they often don't have my meds in stock so I guess they don't take regular customers into consideration when ordering.

Wow! What an experience I had. This is closest pharmacy to my home. Literally 4 minutes from my house. Used to drive over 20 minutes to go to Walgreens. Thought I will try CVS again. Met the absolute worst staff imaginable. First of all they make you feel your interrupting them, to wait on you. I was getting rung up for diabetic supplies. Some supplies are covered under medications and some under medical supplies. So I questioned why a meter which was to be free cost $19.99. She kept running it same way getting same results. She insisted I was wrong. I tried to explain that I was a nurse and understood billing. At that point pharmacist says send her down to me. He had an attitude the whole time. When I tried to explain my billing issue he acted very dismissively. He said I heard your a nurse, mocking me. If I would have ever been allowed to finish my sentence, they would know that I am a nurse who had advance training to specifically help people with submitting claims. I had offered to come back the next day and speak with someone else. That I realized they were closing. He then said I will stay an extra hour if you would just listen to me. This is easy do you want it or not?! He continued to be rude and belittle me. He ran the meter and it came up as only $4. He actually said I don't know why it came up at that price. Could it be because it had finally been submitted properly? I wanted each item to be checked to make sure that they had been run under correct insurance. He actually said again this is easy to do you want it or not ?Kept repeating this each time I asked question. I had already been overcharged over 75% for one item. Of course I wanted things checked before I paid for them. The one script I did not pick up, he finally said near end of conservation, it is not covered if it is transferred script. That is why they arent covering it.Why didn't he just tell me in first place? The person that I brought the transferred script into in the first place could have mentioned it too. Icing on the cake I was sent to original cashier to ring me out. She loudly complained that now she had to do it all over again. There were only three items. I am 54 years old. Worked in health care since I was 16. I have never been treated as rudely by some one in the health care field as I was tonight. This is someone who is to help and support customers. Can't imagine him giving advice to anyone. How many people has this store ripped off by overcharging them? If you are going to shop there take someone who will stand up for your rights. Could you imagine seniors being overcharged like that on every prescription? I plan on switching to another pharmacy. Which will be a real inconvenience. Amazing that the can't keep a customer for more than half an hour.

Inept staff. Couldn’t find my prescription even after calling the prescriber to confirm. Made me miss a train. Do not go here, your prescription will be messed up.
