Last three occasions I had the most horrible experience with the same employee each time. First occasion she was stocking birthday bags and told me I cannot purchase one until shes done. Literally came at me yelling when I tried to get by since she had a cart blocking the isle. Meanwhile I was on the way to a birthday party yet wasn’t allowed to enter the isle so I left. Next time I waited in line 20 minutes and when it gets to be my turn to check out she turns off her light and walks away. As my items were on the belt. I left all my items there on the checkout and left because standing in line with a toddler for 20mins and then having the light turned off the second after she checks out the person ahead of me is unacceptable. Now a third time I give it a try and she assumed the items my toddler touched that I wasn’t putting back. Now I’m really fed up at this point because I was literally going to pick it up and she immediately tried to belittle me and embarrass me trying to be tough with the customers . I like the store. But the employees need training. Just put a sign on the door that says “no toddlers allowed” since it’s pretty obvious these employees hate people bringing their kids out to shop with them.

As an elder person with bladder problems the rest rooms should be available while shopping had to go out the store and find a bathroom to use

I use to love the Dollar Tree's, but it seems as if they are more interested in making money than keeping customers. They continue to change prices, and many isles are pretty empty. They were pretty unique, but that has changed. I don't make it my business to go there anymore.

This is not one of the better Dollar Trees. They always close the store early, and this is also the Dollar Tree where all the panhandlers go. If you tell a store clerk that someone’s panhandling, they will give you a blank stare like “yeah…so?“

I went to the store before it closed. We immediately see an employee who unlocked the door for customers inside to come out and then relocked it. My daughter went up to the door and was told it was closed even though there were still people inside. I knock on the door and the same lady tells me they are closed. On point to the sign saying you close at 9pm. I was there at 8:48pm. She repeats herself, walks away and sends a coworker to tell me they are closed. I ask for her name and he refuses to give it to me asking me why I want her name. He then proceeds to laugh as he walks away. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING FROM YOU. If they are closing the store early and not clocking out because they want to count their drawer, that is theft of time. Also they are taking money from your store by refusing customers who were there before closing time. I will be talking to the manager and gm tomorrow because I drove all the way down there to be turned away when they had people in line locked in the store (which is a safety issue also) that they still had to check out. This is extremely unacceptable but the employee laughing about it and the lady doubling down on not letting me in tells me they are costing you money. They shouldn't work nights of they don't want to keep the store open. I shouldn't have to drive several miles in the cold expecting to buy what I need only to be turned away when there were customers still inside.

5:31 12/28/2024, my 6 year old daughter had to go to the bathroom but there was an old lady with the keys to the bathroom that wouldn’t even open it. She was being aggressive while all my daughter wanted to do was use the bathroom. Terrible costumer service. Will never see myself here again.
