To all my curly headed girls debating on whether or not to get that silk press: DO IT!!! I booked an appointment with Israel and expressed how nervous/anxious I was because of my salon trauma. I went over 6 years without straightening my hair because a Dominican blowout killed my curls and I had irreversible heat damage that I had to grow out. Israel was so understanding and treated my type 4A hair with a lot of care. I left feeling so beautiful and confident. My silk press lasted me 2 weeks! I waited until I washed my hair to leave a review in order to make sure my curls returned. My curls came back like nothing happened. This will be the only place I trust to properly take care of my hair and I will be coming back multiple times a year for a silk press. Thank you Tamera for opening up a beautiful business with employees who know what they’re doing! Thank you Israel for doing such an amazing job with my hair!

I have been going to Israel for the last few years and he NEVER disappoints. I go to him with a general idea and leave the rest to him. I have never trusted someone else to just do what they think is best. He is also the only person I have ever trusted with my daughters hair (11 & 10) and we can’t wait to see him in a few days for him to get them ready for back to school! Tamara has a great Salon that is conveniently located and is comfortable to be in. She’s created an atmosphere that instantly makes you relax and they all make you feel welcomed and cared about providing advice and ideas.

Had my first visit to this fabulous salon today and Tamara was WONDERFUL!! The space is clean and inviting. Tamara asked me lots of questions to understand my hair and my wants/ needs. As a curly girl it can be so hard to find a knowledgeable stylist. I just moved to the area and am so grateful to have found a great stylist!

I am a Tamara devotee, she has taken care of me for Well,.. we don't need to go there I will age us both ? She is outstanding and committed to her craft while in her chair you are her world, she dedicates her time to you she listens to what you want there is always a conversation before any of her magic is let loose on you so you are aware of all the options and choices. They messed up my hair. And didn’t return my phone calls. I paid almost 300 for everything I did not ask for. I didn’t even get the haircut I wanted but I was charged for it. I trusted to get my hair done here for Graduation and I’m very upset.

A beautifully lit salon that plays gospel music to make you feel right at home. Israel did an excellent job with tinting and sculping my eyebrows. I highly recommend this salon.

Let me start by saying: I rarely write reviews. So, if I am it's for good reason. Today, I had my first hair cut at Ego Trip with Izrael. ONE OF THE *BEST* HAIR CUTS I'VE EVER HAD...period. He took the photo inspiration I brought in and did above and beyond what I imagined. I feel so thankful to have found my new salon in Lancaster. Can't wait for my next cut <3Service: Haircut

Ego Trip is amazing! I worked with Michele to book their services for hair for my wedding and it was a seamless process. Leading up to my wedding I got a balayage from Tamara and it turned out amazing!! I let my roots grow out for years and she beautifully brought the blonde back to my hair so naturally. Best of all was the hair at our wedding - Tamara and Israel were professional, quick, fun and so kind to all of my bridesmaids and the moms. I would highly recommend Ego Trip for any hair services and especially for weddings!!
