Love Express! Quality merchandise that stands out from the rest. People may consider it to be a bit pricy, but my experience over more than a decade tells me that it is worth it.
Customer service is also superior to others.

I go in frequently and I had a very nice young lady help me find an outfit that I needed for an occasion the next day and I ask her to put it on hold for me until I got off of work because I work at nail salon in mall and I was going to go over after and purchase but when I got there to purchase I had a very rude young man with curly black hair named Isaac tell me that my items were already sold for someone online and told me that online order come first but I was in first, they then follow me around and did not allow me to shop.When I come in before this has happened to me before with this employee of following me around. I will no longer be shopping there and those men should not be working there. Extremely disappointed. Dont shop here.

Clean, tidy but staff were on their cell phones. I was the only customer. They acknowledged me but went straight back to their phones. At least pretend you’re busy when a customer comes in!

My recent shopping experience at Express was outstanding! The store's layout was organized and aesthetically pleasing, making it easy to find trendy clothing. The staff was exceptionally helpful, offering personalized assistance without being pushy. The quality and variety of clothing were impressive, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. Express truly delivers a fantastic shopping environment, combining style and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be a returning customer!
