The only good thing about this is it right across Tanger outlets. Other than that it has Poor rooms, our rooms were having clogged washrooms and rooms filled with bug I was able to capture a picture. No cleaning done for our 5 day stay, in site letting us know it will be cleaned every 2 days.Break fast was normal not that great. OverallWorst experience and stay.Rooms: Rooms are not sanitized and bugs on the carpet, clogged bathroom and toilet

Pool is ice cold. And we’ve been waiting over 30 min for “maintenance” to warm up the pool. And it’s unbearable to even go for a swim.

They have what you need and it's right across the street from the outlets. The room was ok but the carpet was worn. Breakfast was good and the crew working it were outstanding.Rooms: As I stated, the carpet was worn. I also wish the bed had four instead of three pillows but that's just my preference.

The beds felt like hard wire pieces together. My 8 year old and I had two queen beds and each of us complained about the uncomfortable hard beds. The free breakfast was also awful. Burnt overcooked eggs and the waffles made our stomach’s hurt. The hotels pool is very small. Housekeeping never came to clean our room and when we needed a new blanket the front desk gave me so much shade.Rooms: The rooms did not have any usb chargers.

Room was dirty they missed food in the fridge and soap in the shower. Asked for clean towels and had to go back and ask again hours later. Breakfast ran out of food and milk both days.

This Fairfield Inn was in a decent location. Room was average. Breakfast was ok. I believe that food was very difficult to keep up with, due to the amount of people occupying the hotel. The gentleman who tried to keep up with supplying the food was busting his behind. He also had to clean up after those who just left their used plates, cups etc. He did work hard. Because it's a free breakfast, doesn't mean you leave your garbage on the table when you're done. SLOBS. Front desk personell were excellent.

Vanessa at the front desk was so pleasant to work with and made our experience stress free. Thank you Vanessa!!

Vanessa at the front desk saved our trip. Very helpful and empathetic. The hotel is on Lincoln Highway, so the traffic noise is high if you are on the even room/outlet side of the hotel. I highly recommend the 5th floor, odd hotel room number side. In terms of location, you can literally walk to the Tanger Outlets from this hotel. There are many places to eat and drink nearby.

If you’re fine with block parties (with swearing and booze) outside your hotel room window being allowed (by the hotel management whom we spoke with and were promptly told that it was fine because it was still before quiet hours began), then this is the place for you!Don’t count on breakfast though - Food is not replenished up to the stated time and if you’re lucky enough to find someone to ask for more of something before the breakfast window ends, you are told no because they don’t want to waste food and can’t heat up one of something, like sausage, for some unknown reason. All but one member of the hotel staff that we encountered was abrasive, or completely unhelpful. Never encountered a hotel stay as bad as this and corporate customer service number only brought me to heavily accented representatives (guessing overseas, India perhaps?) who kept completely deferring to the hotel.Marriott has permanently lost a customer and her entire family. It was that bad.

The room was spacious and clean. The people that we came in contact with were polite, helpful and courteous. Our location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants, shopping and the theater was very close by. We will definitely stay there again.

My review is similiar some of the others already posted . Customer service seems to be lacking here . Starts with the day manager . We had issue when arriving , we booked through Bonvoy site and hotel advised site allowed certain rooms to be overbooked . They took it upon themselves to change our room , saying it was an “upgrade” but it wasn’t same bed configuration. The manager got involved , offered nothing :, a weak apology and shrug of the shoulders . No empathy , nothing . Love Marriott but this specific location just decreased my rating of Marriott . Oh , and not to forget , food was terrible , I know it’s complimentary but no effort to make it nice . Eggs tasted like the powdered stuff , sausage barely edible . They constantly ran out of milk , coffee , or both and took forever to refill . Juice dispenser didn’t work . Not to knock other hotel chains but this was super 8 quality , not Marriott quality hotel. Trying to contact the property manager to follow up with this

I don’t think I will ever stay at this hotel again. While the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean, myself and my friends had trouble with our room payments. I was being overcharged for my room. While I got some money back for my room, I had called the hotel to get the rest back and they never returned my call. I stayed for just 3 days and throughout those days had to figure out what went wrong with the payments. I’m hoping I can find a better hotel the next time I visit PA.

When arrived was never communicated to me they had changed my room type . They considered it an " upgrade" , changing from king bedroom to a room with two queens . NO COMMUNICATION of this change beforehand . Because Marriott considers this an upgrade they did nothing . Desk manager was not empathetic, apologetic , nothing . I even went on website during my stay and it continually allowed booking of king room even though hotel said room type was overbooked . It's not just about the changing of the room , it was done with no communication with me , the guest . On another note , food was free , but sub par . Your better off going to the local diner and paying for it . Eggs tasted like powdered eggs , sausage was disgusting . Items kept running out and was slow to be refreshed . Will look elsewhere with next stay , too bad , hotel seemed cleaned and well maintained otherwise
