I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Faulkner BMW. I’ve been taking my 328i to be serviced there for years. They take great care of it, provide me with a loaner, and communication is always excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
12/8/25 Update- just had another amazing service experience at Faulkner and will definitely buy my next BMW here as well. Something I didn’t mention in my previous review is that I had used several other BMW dealerships for service before coming to Faulkner. Now I would never consider going anywhere else.

We recently purchased a vehicle from outside of PA, and Devin made the entire experience surprisingly smooth. He was proactive, responsive, and handled all the coordination with our bank and the shipping carrier so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The car arrived in fantastic condition. Devin’s customer service is top-notch—highly recommended!

My recent purchase at BMW Lancaster was a no-pressure, very easy and smooth experience. Everyone I met or talked to was courteous and knowledgeable. The sales staff was respectful of my time and they were always able to quickly answer my questions and address any concerns. The service department has gone out of their way to discuss my concerns and offer satisfying solutions. If you don't make BMW Lancaster your first stop when shopping for a new or preowned car, it should be you last stop. You should look forward to a very smooth and easy buying opportunity there!

Great inventory and great people to work with. Make sure to ask for Greg; I've worked with many salesman before and he was the only genuine one so far. Extremely smooth process and made the 4 hour drive to the dealership worthwhile.

I had a great experience working with Tanner over several months from test driving, to narrowing down vehicle options, to ordering, and finally picking up my '24 BMW M340i xDrive.
The team was willing to work with my budget (within reason for a less common vehicle allocation) and helped answer all of the questions I had throughout the process.
Most importantly, the car turned out great and was detailed nicely for pickup. It drives great and I'm always looking forward to the next time I get to drive it!
Highly recommend BMW of Lancaster for anyone looking into BMWs in the area.

The parts department is terrible. They committed fraud by taking my money (almost $1,000) and not shipping my part. It took hours of trying to reach someone by phone. They finally gave me an excuse that their internal shipping company didnt renew their license. Avoid this shop at all costs!
