Everyone and everything concerning my purchase of my new car was exceptional. The Faulkner salesman (Tanner), the financial representative, and the two men who delivered my car were very professional, friendly and helpful. They took the extra step to make sure I was happy and explained every detail of my purchase experience. I'm very happy dealing with Faulkner BMW. I'll recommend Faulkner BMW. Yesterday's experience at Faulkner BMW of Lancaster was truly delightful. The welcoming and helpful demeanor of the lady at the front desk added a positive touch to the car pickup. The seamless process and overall customer service left me genuinely satisfied, and I drove away from the dealership with a contented smile.

I had the best car buying experience here! Seth Lewis was THE best and genuinely listened to what I wanted for my dream SUV and worked with my budget….which lead us to build our X5! The whole car building process was seamless and finished in about a month’s time! When myHusband and I came to pick up the SUV I was provided thorough knowledge of how all the electronics worked and the layout of the vehicle itself! I would 10/10 recommend this dealership!

Really nice modern facility, check in was easy. Had a few concerns and they provided a POV video of the technician inspecting those areas, really nice touch. Service was timely and the free car wash was great. Excellent experience!

I would not recommend taking your car to this dealership if you care about it at all.Took my car in for a inspection, and a totally careless technician scratched my wheels and broke a custom made gauge pod.He also failed my inspection because my wheels were "rubbing" (There were marks on the wheel well from the previous owner running aftermarket wheels, but no actual marks on the rubber of the tires, which is what he should be checking to see if the car is actually rubbing now).Additionally, he said that my rear lights were spray tinted and needed to be removed, when they actually are DOT approved aftermarket tail lights, not some stupid spray, but you know, it is too much effort to remove the cover to check the lights stickers and branding.To finalize it, they left my car in the parking lot with a dead battery because they left the lights on on it the whole day. Amazing.I used to take my car here because of the convenience of a loaner car and the great service offered by their service advisors, but like I said, if you care about your car, please go somewhere else.Edit: Got a phone call from Brandon, the service manager. He addressed to me as “man” and told me: “we service $150k cars here”, very professional. Also procedes to tell me I disrespected him by making a review before speaking with him, and that he didn’t want my business either. So yeah, a great conversation.

I had a great experience buying a used Jeep Gladiator. The salesman Kyle was was easy to work with on-line and in person. The car was as advertised when I arrived to purchase it. Christine handled the transaction pleasantly and efficiently. I've been happy with my truck since I purchased it.

Loved this dealership! They provided videos and detailed pictures, and gave us a great test drive. I came from out of state and was in and out of the dealership with a new car in a short period of time. No hassles, great service. The car was immaculate. A year later and no problems with my vehicle. Couldn’t be happier! Faulkner is my dealership of choice!

Initial contact by phone with Anthony who advised us regarding noise in vehicle (on 500 mile road trip) over bumps. Recommended a quick visit to shop to recalibrate leveling controls. Arrived late in day and left vehicle overnight for early AM appointment. One hour into appointment determined problem was more serious - strut required replacement. Parts arrived next day and vehicle promptly restored to road worthy. Compliments to Anthony and Stephanie, Service Advisor for keeping us informed on progress. Great service!

All the staff at Faulkner BMW were extremely nice, thorough and knowledgeable. When I had a mysterious engine light come and AC malfunction they were able to solve it quickly. I really appreciated the detailed video they sent explaining everything, and I can't say enough about how convenient the valet car pick up and drop off service was during a very busy work week.

We were looking for a used car and found one that fit our criteria on Faulkner’s website. Negotiated and agreed on pricing in a short amount of time over text, paid a small refundable deposit, and drove out a few days later to see the car and finalize the paperwork. All in all it was an easy process and those that we worked with on the purchase were both friendly and professional.

I was very pleased with my overall experience at Faulkner BMW of Lancaster. Tanner Hengst was great to work with. He wasn't a pushy salesman that you would usually deal with at a dealership. He would express his thoughts and concerns and let you decide. I love the vehicle I purchased.

While I was visiting from New York, my BMW X7 all of a sudden couldn’t drive anymore.My wife called the dealership where Brent answered, he gave us great advice (to press the SOS ? button) so BMW can troubleshoot right away to save us time and a headache!.When we came in the shop greeted us with a big smile, swift service, a ride back to our hotel with a promise he will do everything he can to have it done by three pm! (it was July 4 weekend).Just a few hours after I dropped off the car, I got a call back offering multiple solutions! They even delivered the car back to my hotel, so I wouldn’t need to disturb my vacation and lose any family/pool time lol!Five Stars service in deed!Since the car was delivered, I couldn’ttip him so the review is the least I can do ?

Mixed review here. Purchased x3 M40i two months ago. I am a 'local guide' and always try to give honest and complete reviews.The dealer didn't seem very motivated to sell anything to me and I almost went elsewhere. The internet sales coordinator I had took a few days to pass my info to a salesman even though I said I knew what I wanted and wanted to go to sales quickly. Greg was very polite and respectful but made false promises on timeline on when I could take delivery of the car and kept having unexpected delays. I think they just couldn't get the car back as a loaner in time and should have just said so. I don't think it was right to have settled on the price when a month and a half goes by and it has nearly 2k miles more on it.I have to compliment their reconditioning team, it was impeccable and I liked that it was parked out on the front entrance walkway to make you feel special - like BMW very well should. I asked about some merch like a shirt but left empty handed, which shouldn't be the case when you are buying not just a driver's car but also a dominating status icon. Why they don't want to give out merch so it sparks conversation and potential referrals, I don't understand.The inexcusable part and reason for me never going back or referring people simply is that I was harassed and talked down to by the finance dept. And especially at a BMW dealer, that is poor.All over extended warranty which we discussed on the phone prior and send information for me to review. She asked if I wanted the warranty and I said no and she went off as if my car is going to fall apart and cost more money than the car is worth. At one point I was like if it's this bad I don't even want the inconvenience of these issues even if it is under warranty to which she couldn't answer. I said I didn't want it and that I still had a better warranty option out there and she says there's no way you can only do this one but not after you drive off the lot.Nice try, ain't falling for that tactic. BY THE WAY TINA - I COMPARED LINE BY LINE AND IT'S NOT SPECIAL! My father was there and he could tell I was starting to fume so he made small talk and smoothed things over. I just wanted to do the paperwork and leave, instead of argue for 15 minutes.In short, the process was slow and aggravating rather than exciting and special. At least the car was clean and parked out front.
