I was directed to come in today for an in person inspection. I planned on selling them my jeep and was given an offer pending the inspection. When I arrived I told them who I was there to see, they knew I was coming. After taking my keys and registration, I was directed to see it in Awaiting area. About 10 minutes goes by and a gentleman comes in barely makes iContact with me. Never introduced himself, or even bothered to ask who I was. Began to have a conversation with me in front of complete strangers. I explained to him the amount that I was offered, Again pending the inspection. Was rudely interrupted, and said no, we didn’t say that even though I have the offer and a text message. I would only assume after I left, and they had a meeting and realize the error in their ways. You should never assume and maybe even ask why are you here? Hi, my name is so-and-so what’s your name?Poor customer service Be careful if you go to trade car or sell a car they can remember the conversations they have.

My experience was good. I had an issue with my exhaust but instead of being charged for a whole new part. They gave me information on a shop that was able to fix it for a way cheaper price!

I had scheduled work to address two recalls and an inspection and for my EV. My service provider was very prompt in his greeting. He helped me print my registration and proof of insurance as my home printer had not cooperated. I had been told that the work would take about 2 hours. I was escorted to the waiting area and shown to the coffee. A few small items were found that also needed to be addressed. All the work was done within the stated timeframe. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It was a very easy, good experience.

My advisor (Ashley) was great! She was able to communicate with me via text (preferred), it's the fastest way to communicate with me. Also, she "tried" to work with my warranty company. ugh!!! Even though I had to pay out of pocket for my car, she was still excellent with her communication.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Faulkner Chevrolet! The sales team went out of their way to make the process quick and easy. I live out of state and they did as much of the process via phone to streamline the buying experience. Once I arrived, they greeted me at the door and I was done and driving home within about an hour! I would definitely purchase from Faulkner again and will recommend to my family and friends.

Faulkner places bait adds on their website. They will show a description of a vehicle with no pictures or price. The description says call for price. Conveniently they just sold that vehicle and they will offer to help you find another. I called about an older Trailblazer that they had posted on the website, and of course it was sold. It stayed posted on the website for weeks. Then it went away and was posted again 2 weeks later. I noticed it was the same year as before and same mileage. I called again to verify and low and behold it was just sold. They tried the old bait and switch with other vehicles they had in stock. I told them to pound sand.

I have been a customer of Faulkner Chevrolet since I bought my previous car back in 2014, so I knew I wanted to stick with Faulkner. Joe was so helpful the whole time! He reached out immediately after I sent a message via the website. He kept in contact with me, answered all my (annoying) questions, and then provided me with excellent service the day of my test drive which resulted in my purchasing the vehicle! He told me everything I needed to know for a successful test drive and then taught me some extra tips post-purchase. I am so glad that I had Joe helping me through this process because I don’t think I’d have purchased my vehicle from there if it weren’t for him!

Met with Andrew on Friday night and at the time were looking at used. After a test drive and some monthly payment numbers my wife and I decided to think about it and talk things over. Andrew understood and was not pushy. We came back in the next morning and test drove a new Equinox. We decided that that was the best way for us to go. Andrew was very helpful and considerate of our time. He was very helpful and respectful.

My service experience was not scheduled due to an unexpected issue with my car. WOW! Dale and the team knocked the customer service out of the park- again! From beginning to end- the expertise, kindness, attention to detail, being proactive about upcoming car needs, prompt response to my multiple questions and getting me back on the road made a very stressful and eventful week -better and brighter. I can't thank the team enough for going the extra mile. First class service each time! I really appreciate the positive attitude and team work that is displayed by the staff. I trust their knowledge and my car with Faulkner- it is why I have and continue to have my Equinox serviced at Faulkner. The extra bonus- the car wash! It was refreshing to see my car sparkle and not covered in pollen! Thank you- everyone! Outstanding.

Diagnosis the issue, gave me a full explanation of what needed repaired. Was not pushy in my decisions on what to repair that day. I will definitely be back for my next service. I also liked the extra information on upcoming services recommended for my vehicle.
