Premium Collections are great. Even though they didnt have what I was looking for, they helped me find something just as good. ( a higher end bottle of wine)

Employees here are rude and uncomfortable to be around. An older employee at the register (probably in his 70s) made unnecessary remarks about my age. On top of that he said even worse (and even creepy) remarks to my girlfriend!! Like seriously dude, this ain’t the 1950’s anymore…like get with program…I’m pretty sure that type of behavior isn’t allowed in the workplace dude.The only reason I’m giving this place a star is because they have a decent selection. Nothing that’ll blow your socks off though.

This is the only Fine Wine & Good Spirits store that is a cancer for customer service. I dont know if its management turning employees bad or just bad hiring. Every other store the employees are helpful and polite. This store i just waited on the phone for over 20 minutes, tried calling again from another line over 15 minutes, then i hit for wine specialist just to see if they were alive. Of course the man was super rude and irritated by my question. This is the same man this morning was very rude to my wife as well at the store. I'll continue emailing through to everyone i can at this point of how horrible the customer service is at this location. It really stinks this store is the closest to me.

First of.... signs on bathrooms "out of order" are bull. They tried the same at the FWGS in Hershey, but it didn't last. It's ridiculous!. Some people HAVE to use the bathroom.At least one employee in Hershey was honest enough and said they didn't want to clean them.Secondly, there was a long line, and only 1 cashier and 4 other cashiers were replenishing the very full shelves! Not returning, ever.
